Sonata At Fiddyment Farms

Great little development inside of fiddyment Farms. There are only 7 homes left for sale and a further 10 lots unreleased.

As a newlywed, buying a house was at the top of our priority list! We looked around Roseville and Sac to no avail. THEN, our realtor showed us the brand new models at Sonata II and we were in love! We returned four days in a row and decided it was THE ONE. There are so many things we have loved in our journey thus far:
6) Energy efficient homes: they have special windows and use spray foam insulation (Holmes on Homes uses that, so you know its got to be good!)
5) YOU PICK THE HOUSE AND LOT!: we chose the model we liked (¹⁄₇ brand new OPEN concept floorplans!) and we then plopped it on the lot we liked! How cool is that? Most builder pre-​determine which house needs to go on which lot, but not this development. If you want a big yard or prefer a small yard, you choose! Since they only start building after you choose the model you want, you have about three months to prepare yourself for the move or save more money :) If you don’t have three months to wait, there are a few pre-​built homes with nice upgrades that you can also get.
4) Community: its in a serene area of Roseville with parks and excellent schools!
3) Customization options: there are so many flex options that allow you to convert a 3^rd car garage into a bedroom or a formal dining room into a bedroom, expand a great room, turn a storage closet into a powder bath, take down a wall, etc
2) Upgrade credits: this will help offset the costs of upgrades you like such as stainless steel appliances, nicer flooring, granite counters, etc
1) THE PEOPLE: we LOVE our sales rep, Cassie! LOVE her! She has answered hundreds (literally, HUNDREDS) of questions for us throughout the process. She is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and just all around AWESOME. She promptly returns emails and really is an example of someone who goes above and beyond what is required of her. She has taken photos of our house for us (since there is progress literally EVERY DAY and we can’t go see it all the time), she has given us her personal input on upgrade decisions we have made, and she’s always nice. Honestly, I really cannot imagine having a better experience with a new homes sales associate. We are two months in and Cassie has been there for us every step of the way. Hubby and I LOVE Cassie and we are sure you will love her too! And the development! Go check it out!
