Starbucks their coffees and teas are always good and cheap but they can be very busy sometimes Whenever I go to Starbucks

I wish I could give a negative star. I am beyond disappointed with the costumer service from Courtney! I ordered a drink, then I had to wait behind a few cars, when I pulled up to the window is when the service got bad. I pull up she says «3.25 please, oh wait we don’t have coconut milk do you want something else?» I said «no that’s fine thanks» she says «ok $ 3.25» in my head I’m wondering how the price didn’t change because I know they charge extra for coconut milk. But ok fine whatever I’ve already waited 10 min so I hand her $ 100.25 and she takes it and after a minute comes to the window and says something like she can’t accept this because she doesn’t have change. I told her this is all I have then she says «if it’s really a problem I can go get someone» I said «yes obviously it’s a problem I just waited in this line you didn’t have my drink and now I can’t have my drink because I can’t pay for it?» She just said stood there looking at me! I drove off I don’t have time for that the whole reason I went through this drive through was for connivence. I have two kids in the car and wanted a coffee. I will never go to this Starbucks again and I used to go here all the time because it’s close to my house but forget it!

I felt like these guys deserve some good recognition.
I’ve come through here a bunch of times since that review and I must say… they are doing a fantastic job.
I love getting a Venti Iced Americano, with white mocha, and adding half & half in place of the water at the top… if that’s not heaven– then please tell me your concoction. I’ll try it (I’m over that Caramel Macchiato thing, lol!)
This is a good strong drink that really gets you moving fast.
The staff here had been amazing. I’ve seen many faces over the years here and I have seen an improvement with everything from happier faces, cleanliness inside the store, and FANTASTIC TASTING DRINKS!
Every once in a while, I met up with friends, catch up, hang out… it’s a really good vibe.

I really love this Starbucks! I’ve ordered a couple big orders with this store and they are very patient. And they also got the whole order right all of those couple times. Also the employees that take my payment usually ask me about the rewards program and will take the extra time to make sure I will get as many stars as I can get by putting money on the gold card before actually paying for the order. Doing it three different times for just one car in the drive thru says something about this store. Definitely one of the best.

Their drive-​thru is ²⁴⁄₇ which is basically the best thing ever. If you find yourself wanting coffee in the middle of the night, because you’re tired or you’re just bored and really like coffee, they’re a close second for when Dutch Bros is closed.

This place has always seemed to have it down as far as the drive through is concerned… Always fast… Better in my opinion than the new Starbucks across from Safeway on sunrise and cirby. My drinks are always accurate and amazing!

This place is open 24hrs!!!
The baristas were insanely nice & helpful, my order came out perfectly & tasted great, the place was really clean inside for being 10pm, and they even had a clean restroom!
This is a great location, and did I mention they’re OPEN 24 hrs???

Love this starbucks only because of the location… The stuff here no offense but sucks… When ever they see you standing waiting they won’t greet you, they will, only when they are ready for you… If all other starbucks places can! Then u can do it too! When asking them to add full cup because they didn’t, they get frustrated… Well, every time I’m here I get frustrated of you serving me, even though it’s ur job… Very disappointed… Hope you guys read this, and will improve…

Love this Starbucks location in Roseville! It’s so convenient because it has a great drive through, it’s next to a gas station, hair salon, and nail salon!
The coworkers are always so friendly and they make the drinks very well! The employees through the drive through are always in a good mood and are quick! They move fast and efficient!
They have a good sized seating area as well!
But my favorite part is the cool drive through!

I stop at this location on my way to work regularly. I’ve never seen such a quickly ran location. I order a variety of items, and I’ve never had an issues. I always ask for no-​whip, and they’ve never messed up. I always go through the drive-​thru, and even when there are lots of cars in line, I’ve never waited more than 10 mins. Love how quick I can in & out!

What I order:
— Carmel Brulee Latte (seasonal)
— Peppermint Mocha (available year-​round)
— Peppermint Hot Chocolate
— Graham Cracker Latte (seasonal)
— Passiontea Lemonade
— Caramel Frappuccino
Pros:
— 24 hours! Which basically solves every problem I’ve ever had.
— Often quicker to just go inside.
— Easy access to the freeway
— They rarely screw up my drinks, for which I’m eternally grateful.
Cons:
— Inconvenient, high traffic intersection
— Indoors is a little tight. Not a lot of seating.
— Prepare to wait in line in the drive thru. It’s just a simple fact of life. They try to move the line quickly, but there’s simply a lot of customers.

I picked up a big specialty drink, their overpriced cheese, one of their fruit smoothie pouches and a water. Paid with a card. A little while later realized I needed change for a $ 5 and they wouldn’t open the drawer. Really?

If I could give it zero stars I would. There was no line and i was excited! I now know why. I ordered my usual what i order EVERYDAY VENTI iced white mocha with ½ a pump of peppermint and a kids iced chocolate milk. The total was the usual $ 7. When I got to the window she handed me a grande drink. I was charged for a «special» drink because I wanted ½ a pump of peppermint. She also proceeded to tell me that I said grande and offered to make me another one with a bit of an attitude. How did I get my daily order wrong and you charged me so much for a special drink which only had half a pump… and had attitude at that… Won’t be going back there ever again. I know it may sound like a very small thing but I usually receive wonderful and excellent customer service so when I encounter service with someone that was rude I don’t really care for it and I’m very disappointed

I love the staff at this location. They always get my order right and they always confirm everything. Every time I am greeted by a friendly voice at both the speaker and window. They do a good job trying to get the crazy long line through as quickly as possible. I just wish customers with a bunch of complicated drinks would go inside. I love Starbucks coffee and tea. Their pastries and breakfast sandwiches are good too. I just wish it was cheaper so I could go more!

I love Starbucks with the exception of this location… I understand that working overnight might not be the most pleasant job in the world but maybe don’t let that show to the customers. I have never experienced a more miserable person than that cashier that without fail always seems to be working. I keep coming back because while studying I want something to keep me awake but after the like tenth time coming to this location I will not be coming back. I’m not sure how a late night Starbucks barista manages to always ruin my night but he always does with his rude and sometimes demeaning manner. I rarely receive the correct drink and when I get my normal drink he charges me waaay more than I pay at any other Starbucks.

Gets a 5 star for its operating hours! Plus the ²⁴⁄₇ drive through is always nice. Staff is great, one of my usual working/​studying hop in places. Their great.

This has got to be the most rude sbux I have ever been too. I come here daily now for about 3 months. I was a frequent flyer at the sbux in aub off Aub ravine and 1 – 80. After moving to Roseville I found a new sbux right around the corner. Needless to say it seems that all the am girls really do not like what they do. Instead they should be happy to have a job. Jeers to you sbux @ riverside/​cirby you are some really unhappy and unfriendly ladies in there. Don’t like your job look for a new one! Ohh and 2 stars because I am still a fan of the Java. Smh.

I had no idea this Starbucks is open 24 hours but it is great that it is so convenient!
I have never been inside this location, so I can only comment on the drive thru which is one of the slowest Starbucks drive thru lines I have ever been to! Even in the middle of the day at 2pm there is a line.
I understand sometimes things will happen to make things go a little slower, but this line seems overly slow and consistently slow.
I have never had a problem with my drink order which is a plus and the employees are always friendly enough.
They also do not have a nice patio at this location, just two tables out front between the door and the parking lot.
