Steve Madden Shoes

Absolutely LOVE Steve Madden shoes, they are amazing; the employees on the other hand? Unfriendly, unwelcoming, and judge mental, just so you know ladies we are not in nordies, bendels, or Nieman so cut it with the pretentious attitudes.

Extremely disappointed in their customer service, or lack there of rather. I purchased a pair of boots there and needed to have the heel repaired after miner wear. My first instinct was to take the boots back to the store for repair. I was informed by their sales representative that they don’t offer shoe repair and was sent to another store that they recommended. When I got to the other store they informed me that they wouldn’t touch shoes that weren’t their brand! Ugh! It was all just a headache and waste of time.

I shop at the online store for Steve Madden, but while at the Galleria, why not check out the store inside?
I wanted to get a new pair of boots for when I visit San Francisco, since I know it will be a little chilly.
As I walked into the store, I had a little whisper of a greeting from one of the workers at the counter. There was another girl there too, I asked about a boot from online and also a pair of heels with the name, she had NO IDEA what I was talking about, which is odd, since you work at that store, yet you don’t know the names of the items? Weird.
Anyways, they didn’t even have my size, she kept pushing for me to order through them for free shipping. I just didn’t feel comfortable, not enough variety of shoes. I’ll stick to buying online.

Mission: Find a pair of cute, comfortable, quality, affordable, versatile nude heels to wear on Friday night. Today is Wednesday. After some browsing online I decided I would brave Roseville for their spectacular mall. I seeked and Steve Madden and sure enough, found a whole table of shoes that fit most of those prerequisites. Only one fit all of those prereqs however, and they had a size 8.5 and 9.5. Unfortunately for me I am a pretty solid 9. The guy that worked there was so friendly, personable, and genuinely seemed like he wanted to help me. After searching on their computer system and spending about 10 minutes on the phone, he overnight shipped the order direct to my home for no extra charge. He even threw in a 15% for me. This is customer service at its best.
