I got a salad and a drink. It was $ 11. The salad was only the size of half a salad. I attached a photo. Ridiculous. The service was not very welcoming. I will never go again. The location on Blue Oaks is MUCH better and I will drive further to not be still be hungry after I spend $ 11. For that price I can have a good salad at a nicer sit down restaurant.

Pal was so sweet! It’s so late and despite that, she was still just as happy to serve us. The food turned out great and her great attitude and smile made it that much better. Thank you Pal! You did a great job despite it being your first day!

I am embarrassed to I say that I am the Duchess of this shithole. Really slow service and NEVER busy at this particular Subway. The five times I’ve came have been slow and mediocre, even for Subway’s standards. The two indian ladies that work here give you dirty looks, and I emphasize on the slow! I would think that they would be fast at doing their job since no one is ever here, but I was wrong! Not only are they slow, they also don’t know how to work their register. I spent my $ 25 giftcard here and wanted to refill my card with $ 25, so I did. When I came back the next day to purchase a sandwich, the lady said I only had $ 10 on it. Crazy, since I even showed her my receipt which turned into a 20 minute argument that I was just not going to win. And the little white girl with blonde hair that works here is obviously in training, but even I can put together a sub sandwich better than you lil girl! Not coming back here again. I’m sure I can find a Subway closer.

This guy is the cheapest of all the subway owners out there, rush hour lunch and its him and one other and he won’t make a damn sandwich, just kept yelling at what I assumed was a family member to get on it!!! Horrible service.

No Stars!!! Can someone report this Subway to Better Business Bureau. I was charged $ 8.00 for a kids meal which was sample size. I confronted the employee and she got another employee. They looked at my receipt and said, «that’s right» I pointed to their menu overhead, «it says $ 4.95.» I asked to get the manager’s number, I plan on calling him tomorrow. I also plan an writing a complaint to the Better Business Burea informing them that this Subway has false advertisement and they are overcharging customers to make a profit. Something does not feel right about this place. They are scammers! Be warned.

I like this location. I work nearby and sometimes go there to pickup lunch. I always call it in and the gentlemen who answers the phone has started to remember me(I’ve only gone there 4 or 5 times over the last several months so this is nice). The sandwiches are always good. a little on the smaller side but thats ok. I do miss the specials though. Thankfully Subway always has coupons so it works out.

Man olé man worst subway ever… i usually go to foothill blvd one but i was at safeway getting milk so i stopped by and it was my mistake. First off i am same nationality as employees and they were bad mouthing customers before me. I been here a few times and usually i get hard crusty bread and today was no better. My wife order plain veggie sandwich and i ordered subway club. First i asked for no mayo which the lady almost put in. Second i only use pickles and olives which i asked extra since i didnt use anything else i thought they be generous but nope got about 10 of each throught sandwich. Both of us got sick all night and which odd cuz we didnt have anything the same as in veggie meat or cheese… stay away

I generally do not have a preference about Subways, but this nasty, rude, S**** hole is beyond repair. !!! I work down the street from this location, I have been in the area for 11 yrs, mind you there are quite afew sandwhich shops around some in the same parking lot. I stopped going here 8 months ago, and today I TRULY remembered why. I walked inside and there was one gentlemen in front of me about a few people sitting down. I was greeted and rushed on what I wanted to get. I asked if there was a monthly special? which entales a $ 3 sub 6″. should be easy to answer … not quite. The girl making my sandwich had said«we have a footlong bbq chicken» Ok I said what is the deal for a 6″? she said«no we dont do that here«Ok I said«Other locations have a special 6» the day time supervisor leaned in and in a loud very rude tone says«I DONTDOTHATHERE«I told her she should. I decided to get my 6» tuna and I always get veggies lots of them… The girl asked me what I wanted so I told her. I want spinach, tomatoes, pickles, olives and s/p. she counted the spinach leave she place 8 little leaves on my sad looking sandwich. I am willing to pay for extra if neccessary, but this is just CRAZY !!! I dislike this place so very much. The only reason it recieves a star is because it wont allow me to give it NOSTARS !! which is what they deserve. The ladies are always rude and sloppy, stingy. you have an abundance of veggies, pile them on !!! Plus they over charged me for my meal all together. Norinder is the old ass hag who is rude and bitchy for no apparent reason. !! I dont like giving bad reviews, but this one I cannot overlook the mulitple problems that occured in ONE visit. NEVERAGAIN !!! BOOOO to subway on Pleasant Grove Blvd, oh and stay AWAY from the new location they are opening on Taylor Rd !!! SAMEOWNER !!!

This place is so annoying! I’ve come in numerous times the past two months and they’ve never had garlic bread. We always come around noon. If your never going to have it, STOPADVERTISINGIT!!! Service here is sketchy. Sometimes they listen, sometimes they don’t. I’m not afraid to make someone feel stupid when they have a hard time doing their f**king job.

If I could give this a negative rating it would be a –3 stars. I have never had such a terrible experience at Subway. I walked in tonight at 7:30 and both girls«working» were sitting on the floor behind the counter. Only one of them washed their hands while the other one proceeded to put on her gloves(GROSS). When i ordered they were out of my first choice bread(jalapeño cheddar) as well as my second choice(9 grain honey oat). One girl then turns and says to me «you need to come first thing in the morning to get those.»(I wasn’t aware that they only made bread once a day…) I then chose a different bread and ordered two sandwiches. A $ 5 turkey ham with everything on it and a $ 5 Chicken bacon ranch with extra produce(which the girl specified was not extra money). I get moved along to pay while my sandwiches are still being made and the girl tells me that my total is $ 14.81… I thought $ 5+$ 5=$ 10. They then informed me that my sandwiches were premiums and not the $ 5. GREAT! Thanks for telling me when I ordered the $ 5 version. I was so mad at this point I didn’t want to fight it. Once I got in my truck I didn’t remember them putting bacon on my chicken BACON ranch sandwich. I pulled it out and sure enough, no bacon. I took it back in and asked the girl if she put bacon on my sandwich. She looked up at the ceiling and thought real hard for about 20 seconds and then replied«no I don’t think I did.» I asked her politely if I could please get bacon. She said«I don’t remember you saying that you wanted it I’m sorry. I will put it on with no charge.» To which I replied as I showed her my receipt«you already charged me for it that’s why I came back in.» She replied«oh that makes it even more awkward oops.» Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this Subway ever and would advise that they do some quality control. I left very unsatisfied.

Skimpy sandwiches which stray far from the inviting photos. The interaction with the staff makes you feel he/she has finally and easily found a much better employer. I like Togo’s by far than this particular franchise operator.

This is a cute little Subway in a very convenient place. It’s in the Safeway shopping center. I ordered a veggie. The veggies were very fresh. The place was nice and clean and they got to me quickly. Minus a star because the person helping me had the sniffles and working around food he really should be sent home. I understand though sometimes people just can’t afford to do that. Will definitely go there again!

«Buy two or more foot-long sandwiches after 5 pm for $ 5» Employee comes out and says that we have to purchase two footlongs and the third one will be $ 5. I explained that it should be $ 5 each and she gets the manager. After spending a good 3 minutes reading it over, the manager comes out and says«yes, she’s right, you have to purchase two at regular price and the third one is $ 5.» Somebody obviously can’t read the coupon. Another location in Elk Grove and one in Elkhorn didn’t even have a problem. Some people aren’t very smart.

i visited many subway branches and by far this visit i was very disappointed. most locations do not offer breakfast and i seen driving by that this location was open. so i stopped in and i had no complaints for waiting and waiting for the employee to get himself ready even though it says they are open already. but i waited and was ok with that. the employee still had not had the veggies or meat trays out yet, he asked me to wait til he is done setting up. finally, when he finished about 4 – 5 min later i ordered. i noticed he had some bread that was already cut in halves and different flavors. i was little confused bout why there was halves so early in the morning, but i still took it. when i asked to have my sub toasted the employee stated that the toaster wasn’t ready yet that i would have to wait another 7 min to warm up. he told me put it in the microwave its same thing. again, i just wanted my sub and i paid and left. i was fine with everything until i came to work to eat me breakfast and realized the bread must have been old from maybe day before because it had started to make the black spots of mold… the location is far away from my work that i couldn’t take it back nor did i get a receipt to call and complain. i was so upset that i had to throw it away. i am never going to this place again, and i will post this comment on and fb and other places to let them know this place is not worth their money!

This subway is so close to home, excellent customer service and quick to make my sandwich, my fav is the chicken teriyaki with honey oat and extra sweet onion sauce
