Worst office staff I’ve ever run across. I have been a patient for years and am finally fed up. I’m finding a new doctor.

Dr. Fromlak and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Dr. Fromlak was very friendly, interested in getting to know me, and was willing to answer questions. She sensed my nervousness but made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend her.

I would not recommend Dr. Fromlak. I had several appointments with her leading up to a LEEP (a minor surgical procedure). During the procedure, I was told to relax (she was touching me without warning, causing me to twitch, and a LEEP is painful), and when I said I was trying to relax but that it was painful, I was told that it actually didn’t hurt. When I asked after the procedure what I could do in the future to help prevent these problems, I was told to pray, and to accept that I have no control, and then she patted me on the head and called me a «good girl.» Perhaps this doctor would be a good fit if you are extremely religious.

Where do I start… I have been going to Dr. Fromlak’s office for years. Dr. Fromlak and her office staff have given me great care and when I found out I was pregnant I knew I was in good hands with them. Her team was incredible throughout my pregnancy and I really got to know Dr Fromlak along the way. My story below :)
I am forever thankful for the great care Dr. Fromlak gave me. She saved my son’s life. I think people really shine or crumble in how in they handle the stressful crazy moments life offers and she definitely shines. I delivered my first baby boy in May of this year and I credit Dr Fromlak for keeping my boy alive and delivering him safely. Everything was normal throughout my pregnancy up until week 34. One evening I started feeling extreme lower back and lower abdominal pain. The pain was terrible! I paged Dr. Fromlak’s after office hours and let her know how I was feeling. She told me I needed to go to the hospital right away. I knew what I felt was not normal but thought it was nothing too serious. I took her advice and I finally got to the hospital. I live about 40 min from the hospital and by the time I arrived I was in tears hurting so badly. The hospital nurses didn’t know what was happening at first. I was being stuck by tons of needles and I was hooked up to many different monitoring machines. The nurses called Dr. Fromlak with their report and after hearing about my status Dr. Fromlak came over immediately. In her gym clothes even– she was fast! She knew everything wasn’t right and told me we needed to get the baby out now. Boy was I scared… It turns out my placenta abrupted and I was bleeding into a a clot internally. She got him out right away. She called what was wrong and she was right. If she didn’t get him out quickly we would have lost him. I was so incredibly scared that day and she was so comforting and even prayed with me before the c-​section. It was the sweetest moment when she got the hospital crew to sing him happy birthday after he was out. The c-​section healed and I am now over 8 weeks out. She was careful with my c-​section and did a great job. Her follow up care was perfect when I was in the hospital and when I was out. I am forever greatful as I am now a mommy to a healthy baby boy that I love so so much! Shout out to the NICU nurses at Sutter Roseville too because they took such amazing care of my boy for three weeks until he was strong enough to come home. Love them all and extremely appreciative of Dr. Fromlak and her committment to her patients and the work she does. She truly has a heart of gold.

I have been seeing Dr. Fromlak for over 5 years. I am treated with such compassion and respect every time I visit the office. I went to see Dr. Fromlak in January when I felt «something» was not right. I had a prolapsed uterus. I was so scared and worried about what was to happen next. However, Dr. Fromlak reassured me and discussed several different options giving me information on all the options. She said I could bring my husband in to another appointment so we all could discuss the options if I felt I needed to. She spent a lot of time with me that first visit. I needed a hysterectomy, so we proceeded from there, set-​up pre-​operative work-​up, blood work and then a surgery date. Everything went smoothly. Then we had a pre-​operative visit with Dr. Fromlak one week prior to surgery, and my husband accompanied me. Dr. Fromlak took over an hour with us discussing the surgery, and also what to expect after the surgery. I am amazed and so thankful she spent that time with us, we were very nervous about surgery but she made us feel vey ready and well informed about the surgery. The day of the surgery Dr. Fromlak met me and my husband in the pre-​operative room before surgery and took the time to ease our nerves and asked if we needed any more explanation. She was so understanding and compassionate I felt so well cared for. Her bedside manner is amazing! The surgery went well, Dr. Fromlak came to see me that next day, took all the time we needed to discuss the next steps to healing and what to expect during that time frame. The next couple of days home went well and I received a follow up call to check on me. On my first post operative visit to Dr. Fromlak’s office I arrived and was greeted so kindly from receptionist by my first name, and she genuinely asked how I was feeling, I felt so special that of all the patients she sees every day that she remembered me personally.
I just recently had my last 12 week post operative check. Dr. Fromlak thanked me for being such a good patient and following all prescribed treatment. Dr. Fromlak «thanked me!» I have never been thanked by a Doctor! She really really cares about her patients. We discussed what next to expect. I have absolutely no regrets about my surgery and always felt that I was in the most competent, caring, professional hands of Dr. Fromlak. I feel back to 100% and look forward to living my life to its fullest! Thanks to Dr. Fromlak and her very caring staff too!

I had my baby in June 2013! But wanted to share my experience with DR fromlak and her staff. My sister recommend me to her. She was my obgyn for my whole pregnancy and absolutely loved her. She was really nice knew exactly what she was talking about! If I had any concerns or questions about my pregnancy or wasn’t feeling good I would be able to go in and see her. I was very pleased with her. For labor she side and outstanding job and would recommend her to anyone. If I have a 2^nd baby would definitely go back to see her!
