Dr. Rudy Coscia treated me for wounds from an injury. Because of his excellent care I opted for a facelift and eye lid lift. Dr. Coscia is not only technically excellent but a real pleasure to interact with. I am very pleased with my natural looking results.

I had breast implant surgery with Dr Green last month. He did a wonderful job and did exactly what I was hoping for… implants that look natural! The whole process was smooth and his staff was always extremely helpful and all very nice. It’s a big decision that took me 4 yrs to make and I have no regrets. I would highly recommend Dr. Green.

I love Rachel! I Never had fillers or any work until I saw Rachel; now I am hooked;) Rachel made my lips look and feel amazing; I had no volume before, now I have a natural looking fullness. She will not give you the unflattering duck face! I’ve referred my friends to her and they’ve been happy. Tried Botox for the first time this year. My forehead was smooth and I felt great ;) Rachel is my voice of reason when I want something that would make me look silly and unnatural. Client for life now!

In November of 2012, I had a facelift at this clinic by Dr Jasper. it was really a wonderful experience and my lift looks great! I have no scars and my neck looks very youthful. This was a redo from another surgeon that was not board certified. It was really a mess before I had Dr Jasper redo the lift. I think his staff is great! I would highly recommend this surgeon.

I’m not sure how I’m going to keep this short when I have so much to say! I have two reviews for this office, one for Dr. Scott Green and one for Rachael Frazier, RN.
Dr. Green — I’ve been a patient here for the last 2 years. I’ve been seen at both the Roseville and Sacramento offices. I had a breast augmentation done by Dr. Scott Green in October of 2009. Prior to meeting Dr. Green I had a few consultations at other local plastic surgeons offices. The moment I met Dr. Green I knew that he would be the one performing my surgery. He was very knowledgeable, very straight forward, he was also very patient with me. I have to admit I am one of the most indecisive people in the world — I knew I wanted a breast augmention but I had no idea what type of implant I wanted, I had no idea where I wanted the incision, I had no idea what size I wanted. Surgery is a scary thing — elective surgery is a scary thing. Dr. Green was incredibly kind and very reassuring. I am 1.5 years post-​op and I couldn’t be happier with the results — although I do wish I had gone a bit bigger. Haha. Dr. Green did exactly what I asked — fuller, natural looking breasts. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or better outcome.
Rachael Frazier, R.N. — I just love Rachael. I met her about 2 years ago when I went in for a consultation at the skin center. I wanted to see what options I had for my face. In my early twenties I was a fan of the sun and tanning beds and I was starting to notice dark spots on my face and it was so ugly! I was very self conscious. I went in and Rachael went over a few of the things they offered (all of which are escaping me at the moment) but we decided that a package of 5 IPL, microdermabrasion and a couple peels would be the best package for me. She discounted the price of the package because I was an existing patient in the office. I am still receiving these treatments and am very happy with the results. While it is a work in progress, I am happy with the results. Rachael is the sweetest person and just the cutest little thing and I hate her because her face looks like porcelain — haha — and I never leave the office empty handed — whether its samples of product to get rid of break-​outs or sunscreen or cleansers.
I highly recommend Dr. Green and Rachael and I will be a patient for a long time to come. :) Every girl needs a little maintenance every now and then :)
