Tighten It Spa

I have been coming here for over a year and have nothing short of excellent service from start to finish. I have also recommended this place to my family and friends who were also very pleased with their service. I would never go anywhere else for my Botox, fillers, and skin care needs. Jamie is just amazing at her work but also a super sweet person.

If you’re looking for quality service, this is not the place to go. Worse place for facial laser ever! My face looked like raw hamburger after initial treatment along with waffle stamps all over my face. Shortly after the laser My face became hyper pigmented where it was laser! I was told to buy Obagi to fix my face. No amount of Obagi or lighten cream or sun screen helped. I have to live with it for life. I also got botox prior to laser facial and it didn’t last like other places. Go check out the owner’s face, what is see is what you get.

i purchased 6 vela shape procedures and 2 of the 1540 facial resurfacing procedures.
in regards to the 1540 (over 2000 $ spent because the above procedures were on special).
i was informed that my face would be red and that it would look like a waffle machine had been placed on my skin. then informed my skin would sluff off and my fine wrinkles, pores, and skin tone would be much better (KEEP IN MY MIND I AM 28 and by no means have horrible skin). i had the first facial done in feb and the second in march. my face peeled like i was informed but then it became more and more hyper-​pigmented. i informed the owner (michelle) of my concern and she said i must have had this issue before i came in for the facial. i said no but wasn’t going to argue till i went home and found pics of me before. she informed me i could purchase the obagi bleaching cream and it would help with this issue (80ish dollars).
The obagi bleaching cream helped out drastically but i still have waffle marks on my face.
in regards to the vela shape. i have minimal cellulite but was excited since i have minimal to see a change. i ended up receiving 7 treatments to my thighs and 6 treatments to my butt and i can say there has been no change.
i feel like my entire experience has been poor. the staff members were all very nice but results are what i wanted not blotchy skin and waffles imprinted on my face.

I found photos of my before and after for all above procedures and sent them to michelle’s Assistant and asked her to forward them on to michelle and have her contact me. * NEVER HEARD ANYTHING. :(

Unfortunately, their deals are not as good as you might think. Their ads are fun to read, and you think you’re going to be getting a sweet deal. However, upon closer inspection, what you are really getting is diluted products and/​or injections of lidocaine. After 16 treatments of laser hair removal, and still zero result (other than scarring that has yet to go away), the owners agreed to give me Juvederm to fix my nasolabial folds as a concession for the time and expense involved in my laser hair removal treatments. My nasolabial folds are as prominent as ever and after a trip to my dermatologist who informed me that there is no evidence that I’ve ever had filler injected into my face, I’m convinced that this business is a sham. I first became suspicious when one of their former employees encouraged me get botox elsewhere, as she felt TIS Botox had been watered down. I was skeptical and didn’t want to believe her, because Tighten It Spa always offers good deals, and convenient hours at a convenient location. However, after multiple trips to Tighten It for «touch ups» it became evident and undeniable that there’s a reason Botox and Dysport only lasts 3 weeks when you have it done by TIS. Finally, after a consultation with the owner followed up by an email sent to the Doctor who heads up the spa, with not even a response, I am forced to make sure others know what they are getting when they go to Tighten It Spa.
An update to my original post: A quick internet search will give you more information than you ever wanted to know about their chief nurse and owner Michelle Williams. Several lawsuits against her involving burns (likely similar to what I am experiencing) and issues related to who-​knows-​what being injected into their faces. Watch out for this place. :(

This place is way over priced for Botox anyway. I went for a Botox touch up and it cost double what it normally does for me even with $ 50 off. I went here because the place I normally go to wasn’t available for an appointment. I waited to write this review to see if it was some kind of magical Botox that would last for a while but it lasted for as long as it normally does. They have good customer service and the nurse knows what she’s doing for sure but it’s so ridiculously expensive that I don’t recommend going here unless they’re offering a special.

The treatments at this spa changed my life! I am an esthetician I’ve been in the industry for about 5 years now, I’ve struggled with acne my entire life and it’s so frustrating, I know the proper protocols I instruct my clients and see their skin get better day by day, but nothing works for my own skin until I went in and saw Ashley at tighten it. First before I even booked my appointment I probably talked to her on the phone for about 30 minutes picking her brain until I decided to book a consult LOL. I recommend this spa over and over again, I’m a professional and I’ve never seen better results! Ashley the RN there is so knowledgeable and sweet, by far best experience I’ve ever had and my skin looks great
