Ultimate Security Systems

We hired Ultimate Security Systems to install 8 cameras on the exterior of our home. We purchased the cameras and DVR ourselves but didn’t feel comfortable drilling holes in the house ourselves. Jon was professional and easy to work with, and he arranged the installation soon after I first spoke to him. The installers, Crystal and James, arrived right on time and did a great job. They were obviously knowledgeable and experienced and worked very hard for several hours getting all the cameras in the best location for surveillance of the key locations (doors, windows, gate, fences.) They cleaned up after themselves and were careful in our home and yard. When it got dark we realized some of the cameras were not pointed in the best direction for the night vision, so I contacted Jon again and asked if they could come back and re-​position them. They came back right away and re-​directed all the cameras we had a problem with, and they were again friendly and professional and we are really happy with everything they did. I would recommend this company to my friends and neighbors. The price we were charged was very competitive also. Thanks Jon, Crystal and James!

Mr. Fenton was great in helping our law firm choose the right type of alarm system we needed for our office. Dealing with much confidentiality, we need a certain type of security. I appreciate all that Ultimate Security Systems taking their time explaining all the different types of systems. I highly recommend them!

Avoid this company and Jon Fenton — please do your research before making your decision about using this company. Our install was fine — minimal problems for 16 cameras and 2 DVRs. However Mr. Fenton oversells and under promises once the cameras are installed. He offered a 3 year warranty and about 3 – 4 months later some cameras and one DVRs stop working properly; he finally fixed these 2 months after we requested a fix. After 13 months from install, the same issues popped up again; this time he has ignored all forms of communication and is not honoring his warranty promise. We are considering using a legal approach to keep help him keep his word but others have told us he ignores letters & calls from lawyers. By the way if you do get on the phone (and not his receptionist) record the conversation!!!

My wife and I had ultimate security install a camera system around our house Jon and team installed cameras throughout and was very professional and made sure that we understood how the system worked. We recently how one camera upgraded to a pan tilt zoom again ultimate security made sure that after installation they walked us through as to how the new camera worked my wife feels much safer now that we can view our house from anywhere.

I have used Ultimate Security for two of my homes. The entire process from bid to job completion was seamless. I have had them back for system checks over the years and they’ve always followed up promptly. I need to upgrade with some limited camera surveillance and have no qualms bringing them in for the job. I can count on them providing options to fit my needs and budget as well great tech support.

We have contract ultimate security in April for cameras around our apartment complex, now it is July and I am writing this review cause the work hasn’t been completed. I have been over charged 500.00 and still no one is on the site to finish the job. I hate to say it but stay away from John he is a snake. He will squeeze you till he gets a contract and runs your funds out then they will start the job and never complete it. If you have any brains stay away from this company I am now in a nightmare of a dispute with out the job ever getting finished. I may use the law firm that wrote an earlier review to sue this company.

I have used this company for the last 20+ years. I have never even considered moving to another company. They have the utmost courtesy, professionalism & customer service. I have never had a problem getting a reply to any question or issue I have. Highly recommend them for your peace of mind, knowing you’re taken care of!
