The teachers here are top notch, truly dedicated to the art of jujitsu, and I’ve learned more from nerissa than I ever thought possible. Definitely worth checking out for adult classes. The kids classes also seem really great although I haven’t taken any (no kids, but the students seem very talented)

If you are looking for an inviting and safe environment to learn martial arts, this is the school for you! The adult classes are perfect for people of any age and activity level. The instructors care about teaching you skills that are within your abilities and limitations and will work with you to make your martial arts training both challenging and rewarding. The kids classes are great too! Learning martial arts is a great way for children and adults alike to build self confidence and self control, as well as developing focus, courage, inner peace. You will also feel inspired to help others.

I’ve known the owner for years and her level of instruction is top notch. The style of jujitsu that’s taught here is more of a traditional one, focusing on form rather than the more MMA-​style of jujitsu. The adult classes are perfect for people of any age and activity level and the instructors will work with you to make your martial arts training both challenging and rewarding. I highly reccommend this dojo to anyone in the Roseville area.
