Such a depressing place. The look on the faces of customers waiting for an hour or more for service says it all. Avoid this place like the DMV.

What can I say… they are just awful to deal with. Don’t go trying to close an account of a relative that passed away. They can’t discuss anything with you. So call end «privacy». This is just cable TV. Not a medical doctor or banking. Geeze…
It took us a year and a half to close my parents account. Even returned the equipment. After two months they sent more. Then when we were finally able to get them to close it, we get collection notices on equipment we never ordered!
Oh, that year and a half it took to close??? No credit for that either. They just are awful. Thankfully, I hear CenturyLink is going to give a choice soon for providers. Can’t wait to dump Comcast as soon as I can.

So you read the story’s of Comcast/​xfinity online, one horror story after the other. Well this is the third time I’ve gone to a Xfinity store, with equipment issues, general questions, or equipment drop off. All three experiences were just a complete shit show! First off the place is always busy. When you walk in they make you get into a que, depending what you need done you get into a certain que. this last time I needed to drop off equipment and I wanted a receipt. You can just drop off equipment and they will send you a receipt but I don’t trust them. 45 minutes later I was call to a help station. In the mean time people in the other que that came in after me were helped and gone. WTF?! I was pissed because all I need was a receipt!
There were a total of 4 people working 3 helping people and 1 checking in people. I was told each person could only do a specific task and was told sorry for the wait! Is this a union shop or what? Bullshit!!!
Going to Xfinity in like going to the DMV for tabs on you car, help that get berated by angry customers all day, then in turn don’t give a shit. Long waits and leaving dissatisfied for a necessary evil you have to do every year! BEWARE!!!
