If you’re looking for good customer service, don’t come here. The guy that works here is extremely rude. This is my first and last time going to this place. I came in to get my nails done to treat myself with a pedicure for Mothers Day. The woman the was attending to me was great, even though she pretty much did nothing to my nails. As another reviewer said– it was an express pedicure.15 minutes of pedicure 10 minutes of massage and maybe 10 to put the polish on. Either way, I told her that I was still debating on which of the two colors I wanted to choose. Once I told her which I wanted, she began polishing most of my toe nails. However, I asked if she could hold off because the color began to look dull after a few seconds of putting the polish on. She was extremely patient when I asked her if I could put a different color on top. After getting the polish, she began to put the color on top. I am used to the technician cleaning off all the previous nail polish and putting on the new polish. So I politely asked her if she could clean off the previous polish. All of a sudden out of no where, the rude man yells at me «YOULIKETHISCOLOR? YOUDON’T NEEDTOCLEANOFFTHEOTHER. ITDOESN’T MATTERWHATSONTHEBOTTOM!!» I smiled politely knowing that I would write this review and said«Oh ok». Nothing more. Mind you there were other customers sitting there. I was more furious than embarrassed. I could have replied him back and said more but I chose to make him look like an ASS. Anyways, long story short, if you’re looking for good customer service or want to be treated with respect knowing that you are paying money for this service… don’t come here. PS– I hope you’re reading this, «Mr. Man Who Does Nails» :D

I love this place! I’ve had manicures and pedicures here. The owners/employees are very nice and always do a great job. This nail salon is also kept quite clean, which is very important to me. Prices are reasonable. I suggest calling ahead to make an appointment.

I went here after reading mainly good reviews. I would give them 2.5 stars if I could but since I can’t…2 stars. I asked for a manicure/pedicure and they told me they only had time to do my pedicure. That was fine, as I didn’t have an appointment. They were quite nice. However, my pedicure was rushed, not very relaxing, my nails were not clipped, and I have two dark spots(I kick box and occasionally get blood under my nails) under each big toenail… the pedicurist did not make an effort to cover these spots up… any other place I have been to does. So now I have a rushed, pink pedicure, with spots. It also chipped about 5 days after I received it. After they were done, they rushed me out the door. I wouldn’t go back here; I plan on going someplace else.

I come here twice a month for a gel manicure and a pedicure and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They also do a fantastic job, the shop is clean and tidy and everyone is really friendly.

I’ve been coming here periodically for the last 2 years and I’ve consistently been pleased. I only get pedi’s here so I can’t comment on their other services. However, the pedi’s are great, last a couple of weeks(at least for me anyway) and aren’t ridiculously overpriced. I usually drop about $ 30 when all is said and done. I would definitely recommend a visit especially given the personable nature of the owners and the fact that they don’t speak to one another incessantly in a foreign language. which always makes me feel like I’m being talked about. I appreciate that a lot!

I love this place. There are only three people who work here(the husband and wife who own it and the woman who works for them) Not only do all three of them give the most meticulously gorgeous manicures and pedicures(relaxing too — love the massage chairs!) but they also actually get to know everyone, and let everyone get to know them. Everyone walking into the salon gets greeted by name if they’ve ever been there before. Tracy remembered my name after having only been there 3 or 4 times and then taking a 2+ year-long hiatus when I moved away temporarily, and even asked about the friend I’d been in with the last time I was there! If you’ve never been there before you’ll be called by your name as you leave. Super friendly, super professional, high quality work and a clean salon. What more could you want? Hint: ask Tracy to paint a flower on your big toe after your pedicure — she’s amazingly talented!

I decided to try this place one Saturday when my usual nail salon was too busy to fit me in. I’m so glad I did. Not only did I get a wonderful pedicure, I had a great time talking with all the regular neighborhood ladies who immediately brought me into their running conversation. I LOVE that. So, great pedicure, great company, clean salon, a few $$ cheaper than my usual nail place. Beauty Nails is my new usual.

So I gave them another shot after my uneven manicure last time. Well I take back that they honor appointments. I sat and waited 25 minutes, why did you take someone if you knew I was coming in and had called to confirm my appointment? I get acrylic on top of my nails because my nails are so fragile they tear off. I have been having this done for 4 years, I know the drill. All of my nails were separating which means a crap job was done putting them on in the first place. Separation shouldn’t happen in the first 2 weeks. To remedy this the only options are to take my nails completely off and redo them or clip off the separated parts and apply new acrylic. Lazy people try to just use the dremel to sand it off. That is what I got. I don’t understand how it would be possible to look at my nails and not see any of this. I was also charged extra and I feel the whole thing is very expensive for what I considered an express manicure. I won’t be going back. PS I had to go to another salon to have almost all of my nails removed because they told me 6 of nails were very close to turning green because of the horrible application I received here.

I am a big fan of this place. The salon is very clean and nicely decorated; not fancy but not sloppy like some nail places. The cost is equal to other places, but I think you get more for your money here. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and easy-going. I did notice that they manage both walk-ins and appointments effortlessly, a big plus for me. I brought a few friends the next time and they were able to have all 3 of us get pedis at the same time(with a quick call a few days earlier). We all will definitely return!

I went here today on the recommendation of a friend who lives in the neighborhood and was very pleased. The woman who gave me my pedicure(Tracy) was nice, asked interested questions about me, etc. The pedi was great, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The employees were kind and not talking at each other while my friend and I were relaxing. My pedi looks awesome, and it was only $ 25! I will definitely be back.
