Image Dry Cleaners

I will never be back here again. I brought in my dress for dry cleaning because of a small stain and a stitch repair in the back. I came back to pick it up and the original stain was gone, but another larger stain was there in another spot, and the entire dress had changed from a pretty blush color to beige. I’ve only worn this dress one time before for a special occasion. Luckily I noticed these issues right away. After speaking with some of the folks there, I got 10x the processing fee for the damage (which is the max refund indicated on the receipt for damages) but I will still have to pay the difference (a little more than double my refund) to order my beautiful dress again. Still so disappointed.

I truly don’t like giving businesses a bad review however I am not happy with the job they did on my shirts. I recently switched jobs and my old cleaners was next to my old job. I thought I would try image because I just happened to drive by. This morning when I took my shirt out of the plastic I couldn’t believe they even sent the shirts out that bad. The collars and shoulders looked like it just came out of the dryer. It looked like they never ironed a dress shirt before. I ended up late this morning because I had to re-​iron my shirt. I had suit pants that needed to be hemmed and I’m so glad I did not drop them off there! Sorry won’t be going back and do not recommend.

Great dry cleaners! The service, dry cleaning, and tailoring is excellent. I had some of my dress shirts pulled in and am quite pleased with the job Image did. My girlfriend has had a hard time in the past with heming some of her pants and Image was able to do exactly what she wanted.

We love the owner, Ahn, and appreciate her service — dry cleaning as well as alterations. We have been regular customers for over 10 years!
