Scrubadub

This place only gets one star because of the free vacuum use, plus it’s impossible to put zero so it had to be justified somehow. Nonetheless, my car was damaged while using this facility. I just bought it less than a month ago and I inspect it like a hawk every day… Still in the honeymoon phased. So when I went to dry my car off after using their facility I noticed substantial chips of paint missing. I asked one he worker what was going on and he said that he seen it before and I need to speak to he manager Inrique or Enrique however it’s spelled. Nonetheless I called and went in the next morning when the manager was suppose to be, but I was told he only came in for 15 minutes. I filled out an incident report and I called and I never heard back from anyone.
This place has been around since I was kid, I remember one of my favorite pastimes was going through it with my grandmas mini van and my cousins. With that said I doubt any upgrades was made sense then and the machines are work out. I will never go back to this unprofessional raggedy place unless I need to use the free vacuums. I recommend that if you want your car to be damage free then stay away from this place. It’s too inconsistent. Soap streaks, scratches, shotty workers. I wrote them off and will eventually take care of the damage myself. However, I do want to prevent the next person from experiencing the same.
GO TO THE NEW CARWASH ON BLUEHILL AVE!!! Newer machines and better staff.

I was in there on Monday 11÷10÷15 and the guys were incredibly friendly and nice to my toddler (stickers!). Note to owner: keep those two! And the car was washed as it should be.

Okay — so first of all, I totally agree with the other poster that the customer service at this location is fantastic. In fact, it was due to her enthusiastic post that I decided to try out this Scrubadub. The staff was indeed really friendly and helpful…
So why the not-​so-​great review? Well, first of all, I guess I must have had beginner’s bad luck when it came to picking a vacuum. I mean, it was only fifty cents, not breaking the bank, but I was still bummed that after 8 minutes of vacuuming, the car wasn’t as clean as I’d have hoped on the interior…
THEN I decided to get a car wash. And I went all out — I got the most expensive car wash that they offer. (Again, the guy working the car wash was *totally* friendly.)
After I left the car wash, I drove down the street to Auto Zone to get some wipes for the inside of my car. When I got out, I inspected the wash, and I was really bummed to find that I could easily wipe a layer of dirt off my car. (NOTE TO READER: I am not someone who goes off-​roading in their vehicle or anything — my car gets normal city wear and tear and seasonal winter stuff…)
So here’s the thing: if you want to go somewhere that the folks are all pleasant, by all means — hit them up. But if you’re going there to get your car washed, I might reconsider…

I always get my car washed here, idk why but i really love it LOL. vacuum is .25 for four minutes and its really good suction. i have to admit u have to which vacuum to use b/​c they’re not all gr8 BUT it gets the job done. The wash is good as well. My car gets washed well no matter which option i choose. regular wash is $ 8 and a wash that waxes the car & wheels (the one i get) is only $ 14. The people that work are really accommodating as well (it could be b/​c im a female or b/​c they’re really just that nice LOL)

Alex and Luis were great in getting me a free wash on my birthday. They were out of member stickers and were creative in getting me what I came for. Seems like this place has turned it around.

This place sucks the employees are unprofessional and rude
On top of that they don’t do a good job washing the car
It’s the ghetto place to go get your car washed. There is all kinds of the loud music and profanity, profanities from the customers and the workers.
