Had a horrendous experience in dealing with this local establishment. I bought a drill bit from the store and when I got home I realized it didn’t fit in the drill I have. Within an hour, when I went in to return the bit visibly unused, I was rudely told (the guy who was speaking to me didn’t even put his cell phone down to talk) that they don’t accept returns on tools. He wouldn’t even accept an exchange. I asked him why a local shop wouldn’t take care of local clients. He answered by saying «are you more special than anyone else?» I guess other local shops or the big box stores would appreciate my business.
