Today I received a call from Pearl Vision apologizing for the bad experience(s) I had with a particular employee. He assured me that he had handled the matter. I was surprised I got this call that I had to call back to verify and it was legit. THANKYOU! like I said the two doctors that have seen here are super nice.

I have been a long time customer of Pearle Vision and have always has outstanding service. I purchased a pair of new glasses and wore them home. My wife thought the frame was too small and we’re not appealing. I went back to the store a few days ago for an adjustment. During the adjustment the salesperson asked me where I purchased the glasses. I told her at their store. She said, they don’t fit you properly. Thirty minutes later I walked out with my ticket to pick up my new glasses in two days. Since then my puppy has tried to make several pairs of my glasses lunch and I had cataract surgery twice. Again the staff could not be more helpful to go out of their way to help me. A great well run consumer centric store! Thank you.

They don’t care about customer service, they are so rude. Save yourself a trip and go to costco! They act like they are doing you a favor. I was so disappointed and on top of that they didn’t get the prescription right on my daughter, luckily I know better and follow up with an ophthalmologist.

I have been to this location a few times, and I would not recommend. Employees of this establishment need training on customer servicing. I received my glasses and lens were not properly installed in frame in addition to a defect in the lens. The store employee stated she was doing me a one time favor(I am soooo lucky) to fix Pearls problem. In addition to the great customer service, any scratches or issue due to my fault will cost $ 100 dollars to fix/adjust versus Costco which is free for the first year. Note: I went to get my daughter glass and selection for frames are few for those looking to spend $ 130 or less(insurance coverage portion) on frames(my daughter is 5 years old, no need for high end designer frames). I will take my business to Costco.

Arrived at 1:55pm for my 2pm eye exam but didn’t get to begin until 2:45. They completely wasted my precious time. On top of that, the lady who helped with lenses took another customer’s call in the middle of an already delayed process wasting more time of my work day. I would think that the right thing to do is return the customer’s call after my service is over. Left after 1hr 15 mins of frustrated visit with no purchase. But I have to say that the lady who greeted me and processed my paper was very nice. My last purchase was at Costco with no wait and undivided attention at a much lower price.

Super friendly, accommodating staff. Greeted me with smiles when I arrived for my eye exam appointment. Clearly explained exactly what I was paying for(co-pay, exam fee etc) which is a huge plus! Often times there are so many charges on the bill that I don’t even know what I’m paying for. Big parking lot and extremely easy to make an appointment via phone.
