Robert D Powser is the most rude and obnoxious customer service representative ever. This person does not even know the facts and gets upset when corrected. He yelled at me and thinks would not listen to a word I had to say.
Access Management group took began managing the HOA for one of my properties April 2013. I have owned this property for nine years and always pay my fees on time. All of a sudden they send a letter saying I owe for paying late since 2011. Also he claimed that the prior management company added late fees if not paid by the 10th and I correct date is the 15th. I have the payment coupon to prove it but again Robert was so busy yelling he could not hear. Run from this company as long as Robert D. Powser is there.
Oh and it took a week of calling for me to even speak to a live human being.
