My alternator went out at my home in Roswell. After calling 4 other companies, I tried Marc. He was courteous on the phone and prompt with his arrival. Other companies wanted me to make an appointment for the next morning — even though they state «24 Hour towing.» He was there within the hour. He is polite, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend using At Your Service Towing.

I had my transmission go out on Christmas. Marc was the one bright spot of the whole disaster. He was very professional and nice in all our communications. I felt comfortable sending my car off with him. The price was reasonable, and he went out of his normal area to come pick up my car to take it back to Alpharetta. I will definitely use him again and refer him to my friends in the area. Thanks Marc!

I got stranded in Atlanta’s great January 2011 snowstorm and Mark Riehl came to my rescue. Mark provided wonderfully courteous and careful service. He took great care of me, and got me and my car home safely in a truly treacherous situation. Highly recommended.
