Dare I say that Zoe’s is the best braid shop in the Atlanta area? Yes! I’ve gotten braids done all over ATL and she is hands down the best. Most shops just try to finish your braids and get you out, but Zoe runs the show and she is meticulous. I once witnessed her telling one of her braiders to take the braid down and do it again. She is very kind and sweet though and accommodating to your schedule. Her and her braiders are also FAST! If I ever moved from Roswell, I’d travel back to her. She did my hair again today (about 5 times in total) and I left feeling like I’m about to model for a braid shoot. My whole family goes to her. She’s the best for quality, price and styling.
If someone rated her low, they must have not cared for their hair correctly. My hair is super fine and I’ve never had issue with my braids falling out. I got micro braids for Jamaica in June and my sister asked me to take them out for her wedding at the end of July. I put a ton of conditioner on my hair hoping it would help loosen some of the braids during take down and nope! Those bad boys were in there good, but not damaging. Not to mention I was swimming in all types of chlorine. She’s the best.

In previous post I have made statements about Braids and Weaves by Zoe, Zoe Hamilton, and Johnny Hamilton. In hindsight I feel that those post were due to communication problems. If those post were harmful to Zoe, Johnny or their business, I apologize.
Zoe I am sorry that we allowed the enemy to come between us. We are human and at times we dont see eye-​to eye, but we have to remember that you and I are not the the issue, there is a greater evil out here and if not careful he will tear us apart and cause us to fight and harm one another when in fact we should love and learn to forgive one another. The things I said about you were mean and hateful and done out of frustration and anger. Please forgive me. Oh! and thank you for the hug today! it felt way better than holding onto hateful thoughts.

I went there to get Havana twists last Thursday ⁵⁄₂₁ and less than seven days later I have had over 7 twists come out! I called to let Zoe know and to tell her I wanted to come get it fixed. As soon as she remembered who I was and understood the problem, she immediately went on the defense. I let her know I have gotten Havana twists before and I didn’t have this issue. She yelled that she DIDN’T CARE and that she has heard that before. I told her that was poor customer service because I paid $ 170 for these twists AND gave her a $ 30 tip so I surely don’t expect to be told that she didn’t care. As I was trying to talk, Zoe talked over me, yelled and hung up in my face. Needless to say, I won’t be going back to that place. I’m a store manager so one thing I understand is customer service and this was one of the worst experiences ever. I believe in karma so this will come back to her tenfold.
