DONOTEATHERE! My order was not correct, my mother received a dirty cup, my wife’s bread on her sandwich was beginning to mold. The burrito had no sauce and little flavor. The only decent thing was the salsa at the beginning but once we emptied the bowl we never reviewed any more. DONOTEATHERE! If I could I would give zero stars.

The service was slow and not good at all. Our waitress couldn’t even get the basics rights. We were missing silverware(we ended up getting it ourselves), the drinks we ordered were wrong or missing, 1 of the meals was missing which we then had to wait on. By the time I finally got the tortillas for my Fajitas, the food was cold… but all while the restaurants was empty on a Saturday during lunch time. Overall the food was just not good. It was all cold and bland. I would compare it to food from Taco Bell. When it was time to pay the staff was not able to split the bill. Total fail!

Dinner on a Saturday night, should have listened to my wife when she pointed out nobody was there at dinner time on a Saturday. But, I trusted the 4⁄5 star review averaged over 73 people and expected a diamond in the rough. Service was horrible. A nice enough kid waited on us, but the list of mishaps is frustrating. Asked 2x for lemon with our tea. Asked 3x for straws. Tried to order soda for the kids, he comes back with mango juice because the soda machine is broken. Kids say no and the waiter returns to tell us he has Coke. We go with it. Chips were cold and very salty, not my taste but my 7 year old ate them up. I got the Busy Burrito, it was dry but edible. My wife got the beef chimichanga. It was, and this may be the proper technical term, gross. There was no seasoning to the ground beef and When she cut into it grease oozed out. I can usually eat anything and saw the barely touched chimichanga as a prime opportunity to double down on my eating, but my mouth rejected the first bite and I had to eat some of my kids french fries to cleanse my pallet. Good luck to anyone who believes the high rating for this place, hopefully we just came on a bad night(a Saturday?).

Went with group of 12 @ 6:30PM on Sat 3⁄11. Couple of tables, maybe 12 people, already seated. We ordered by 7PM and by 8:15PM; still did not have our food. Paid our drink tab and walked out. Overheard 2 tables saying the shrimp tacos were horrible. Owner was even waiting on us and didn’t seem concerned. Last time for this place.

Amazing service and delicious food hidden away in the middle of Roswell. I love the buzzy burrito and my parents always love the fajitas. It’s hard to stop eating the homemade salsa and saving room for your meal. I can’t wait to sit out on the patio with a delicious beverage this summer! PS. My husband is mad he didn’t get to come to lunch with me at Buzzy this week. I’m sure we will be there in the next few days.

Best Mexican food around. The veggie fajitas are the best fajitas of any kind that I’ve ever had.

Like real, authentic Mexican(not so much Tex Mex)? The Busy Burrito in Roswell is your spot! We think the homemade tamales, rolled in the husk and full of flavor, are the best! The guacamole is fresh, and the pulled pork and empanadas are yum. They do a beautiful and very reasonable Sun buffet… with lots of special items… and their staff is kind and attentive. Don’t miss this place… kinda tucked away in a strip shopping center next to the IHOP!

Had lunch there today with my wife after deciding to check this place out after the decent Unilocal reviews. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst Mexican food experiences I’ve had. We tried the cheese dip, guacamole, salsa, chips, chile relleno, fajitas and quesadillas but the outcome was all the same, bland and under seasoned food! I hardly ever send food back but I couldn’t eat it, if I have to use the salt shaker from the table on every single item, then there’s a major problem. The server was nice thus an extra star but this would be one star for just the food. I never thought I would ever describe Mexican food as bland, hope they get their act together in the kitchen and get things turned around.

I walk in and there were only 2 tables with people, totaling 3 patrons. The waitress promptly told me I could sit anywhere and my waiter will be with me. She handed me the menu. After a few minutes she came back and took my order. I ordered the chicken chimichanga and a frozen peach margarita with sugar. She leaves and comes back and asks me if I wanted frozen or on the rocks… I repeat, frozen with sugar. She leaves and comes back and asks what meat I wanted in my chimichanga! At this point, I’m starting to worry because she has a pad and is not writing down my order, after she verbally confirmed it with me. I’m not impressed with people trying to remember my order… I’m impressed with my order being CORRECT! I get my food… and it was good and made fresh, although, I like my chicken shredded and not diced. The chips and salsa were good and my Rita was good… I like it sweeter cuz I’m not a big drinker but no complaints there. Points knocked off for service. I had asked for extra napkins. I only had the one napkin which my silverware came in. There were a couple napkins under my drink(the small squares) and the waitress pointed to those! They aren’t dinner napkins! I’m a messy eater and I need a few dinner sized napkins! Stop being stingy! Long story short, she didn’t even bring me any napkins, as promised. She only asked how I was doing 30 mins later, when she brought me my check and I put on a good face cuz I’m trying to enjoy my weekend! My advice… replace her! Probably won’t be back here!

If I could give five stars just on food I would. Certainly really good for Mexican, and very fresh ingredients. However, my friends and I did not get decent service and the music was loud for it being a slow night. Please improve the service, try to remember the order the first time so we don’t have to repeat. Also might want to make sure you get the entire order too, and check everyone got their stuff. Otherwise, great food!

Excellent Mexican food at this family-run restaurant! We’ve been twice, and both times food was above expectations – really good. It is not at all visible from the highway, faces the side of IHOP, so easy to miss. Glad they were on Scoutmob because otherwise I would have never known they were there. The molcajete is plentiful and awesome, also the stuffed chiles rellenos. The menu is extensive with lots of traditional mMexican dishes. I think the name«Buzy Burrito» gives the impression is is another burrito joint; I wish they’d chosen a different name because I want to see them to make it. They were busy on Friday and short of waitstaff, have help-wanted signs posted. Try it, you’ll not be disappointed.

Good quality Mexican food. The chicken and cheese-stuffed Chile Relleno was delicious. I want to come back and try all their tacos. Nice spacious atmosphere. Light and bright with a great patio. If I worked nearby I would come often for lunch and happy hour on that patio.

Parents had a voucher(from ), so we decided to try this place on Saturday night. We arrived around 6:30PM, and there was only one table occupied, which meant no wait(which was good since we were hungry)! We were quickly seated near the bar, and were immediately served chips and salsa, which were refilled without asking throughout the evening. The food is delish. More authentic, less Americanized. Don’t expect your food smothered in cheddar cheese. I had the beef enchiladas with red sauce — plenty of meat.

This place is great! Great service, good location, amazing food! I purchased a living social deal which included an appetizer, two entrées, and two alcoholic beverages. The waitress let us try both so we got a half portion of cheese dip and a half portion of guacamole, both were quite good. I got the chicken enchiladas with black beans and rice. While my lunch buddy got chicken fajitas. The portions were a good size, take-home size. And the margaritas were delicious and strong. Perfect place for lunch.

Came here this evening expecting nothing short of excellence from all the great reviews. We were greeted immediately by a friendly hostess. Who would also be our waitress. Service overall was slow, but friendly. Between getting our drinks and food, it took forever to get our check when it was time to go. They had more than enough staff accommodate all the guests. Food is extremely bland Mexican I’ve ever eaten(I got the chicken fajita). You can get more flavor out of a lean cuisine freezer meal than this place. Salsa had garlic/can taste. Cheese tastes like generic Mexican Sargento. They do have a good grilled veggies. Rice is fluffy with great texture. Beans smooth-not enough texture my tastes. Chicken was tender but no classic fajita seasoning. Flour tortillas are store bought-not homemade like other Mexican restaurants. Atmosphere very family friendly and colorful.

The food is just amazing! Fresh doesn’t begin to cover it. The salsas were so flavorful — get the guacamole salsa. I had chicken and mahi tacos. Mango salsa on the fish was perfect! The service was awesome! Very attentive and caring. Amazing things happen when you have people that give a damn about the food they make! These folks give a damn.

Found this place on ScoutMob. We walked in and were greeted and seated right away. All meals include chips and freshly made salsa. The menu is your typical type of Mexican restaurant — tacos, burritos, quesadillas, etc. I ordered a Chicken burrito and it was pretty well packed. It was very flavorful and tasty. The prices are pretty average and you can add things to it(for a charge). I’d definitely recommend if you are looking for an affordable place to eat to check it out!

We originally found this establishment through Scoutmob which gave us 50% off the total meal. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and seated in a booth of our choice. They have many items on the menu to choose from besides the normal quesadillas and burritos. All meals come with chips and freshly made salsa. The atmosphere was pleasant and the napkins were provided at the table so we didn’t have to ask(that’s nice). I ordered the Al Pastor burrito which included seasoned pork, pineapples, lettuce, tomato, refried beans and rice. It was very good! It was pretty small considering it didn’t come with sides but I wasn’t hungry nor full. It’s a great place to take the family and there’s many options on the menus to choose from for everyone. It was quick and easy. The prices are pretty average. I came here not knowing what to expect and it wasn’t too bad but not the best.
