I walked in and said to the OTP hipster behind the counter, «Frank Zappa, right?» because that’s what was playing. All I got was an anemic, «Yeah.» Hipsters don’t «engage» with non-hipsters I guess. The vinyl selection is extremely limited, which is surprising, what their main supplier, Goodwill, right across the street and all. It’s nice that a store like this exists at all I suppose, but this store has almost no soul, and I mean that in more ways than one. I’m at that strip mall all the time because of the new Sprouts, but I have zero interest in returning, and I’m a total vinyl hound. Too bad.

I was in here yesterday just to pick up a cd or two. Average price is 5.99 and some 4.99 ones mixed in. The selection was a little slim compared to other stores, but it wasn’t a terrible place to shop. There were a few common bands I was looking for, but didnt find. There were also a few bands I didn’t expect to find like some punk rarely seen in stores. I think they have their prices right, especially compared to ebay with shipping costs considered. I’m sure I will stop by from time to time and see what they have in. It’s a good spot, but I think they rely on buying CDs from customers only, compared to searching out big lots for the store.

I LOVE this place! I drove past it about two months ago and made a mental note to check it out. I’ve been there about 5 times since. ‘Nuff said. I have not looked through the CD collection at this store, so I can’t say much about that. But I have sold some of my old CD’s that had been gathering dust at home. I got about $ 10 for 4 new looking CD’s. They will either give you cash back or store credit. What made me fall in love with this place was the used DVD collection — which starts from $ 2.99 and up. Most of these«vintage DVD’s» look brand spankin’ new! And… CD Warehouse guarantees that the DVD’s will play, otherwise you can bring them back with the receipt. I’ve purchased ATLEAST10DVD’s from their store and have not had any problems yet… Way to go, CD Warehouse! Keep my deeply discounted chick flick DVD’s coming! :D

You shouldnt be coming here looking for the newest Jonas Bros or Lady Gaga(Gag) Cd. You come here looking for that one off album when Stevie Ray Vaughan played a club in California and it was recorded, pressed, and shipped to fans around the world. Be prepared to search around, though. I could spend house in this place looking for those hidden gems.

They have sign in the window saying NEW and USEDCD’s. But the couple times I have been there, they have zero NEWCD’s. This seems to be the place to go if you are searching for a particular CD that would be hard to find these days and living with the fact that it is used and might not be in tipsy top quality after much use.

These places are hard to find nowadays. So when I saw it while I was sittin in traffic tryin to get home, I was surprised. I go in and they got a good bit of old and new stuff for the low. Good find.

I used to love going to used CD stores. Looking for promo copies of stuff that hadn’t been released yet, finding hidden gems. As I’m going back and completing the catalogs of a few bands and getting into older music, this place helps me out. I just wish they had more CDs. Too many DVDs.
