Absolutely stunning work! Very pleased every time I bring my art in for framing. I’ve been bringing art here for 6 years now. I suggest Frames Etc to all my friends. Jon if your reading this, thank you again!

I have had many pieces done at Frames, etc. Jon’s workmanship is very good. However, my last piece took more than 2 months to complete! I paid the full amount when I dropped the piece off in January. When I picked it up, the joints were crooked. He did offer to fix it. But instead of ordering the frame for correction, he had the picture ready to go. I’m thinking why did you tell me it was ready if you knew it was not correct? I was ticked because it was already taking a long time. I called him to check on the status and he tells me to come pick it up only for me to find out it wasn’t ready and will take longer. He told me I could take it home but if it has to come back for correction what’s the point? He never called with any updates, I always had to call him. It was finally ready in mid March. I mentioned my dissatisfaction to Jon directly and he apologized. He did not offer a coupon, percentage off, nada. I have friends who are looking for a framer and I took Jon’s name off the table. Every job his turnaround has gotten longer and longer. If I pay you the full amount up front, you should call If you have delays. His customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I will use another framer in the future. Not worth the long waits, 4 trips to his store and no communication !
