Got so excited about Jimmy Johns that I forgot I just had my wisdom teeth taken out a few days before. They offered to cut the sandwich up into 4ths so that it’d be easier for me to eat. I worked in food for a minute and I understand that that was going above and beyond as far as customer service and I appreciated her concern. I also noticed that their health score was a perfect 100 which is hard to do. The place smelled liked it had JUST been cleaned. SO happy with my experience here.

Went in for a sub and was told that there was no bread and that they would not have any for 45 minutes or more. How a sub shop runs out of bread altogether is beyond me.

I hadn’t been to Jimmy Johns in a while because CEO recently came across as a self-important jerk. However, when I read that JJ’s was offering $ 1 subs for Customer Appreciation Day on April 21, I thought I’d give them another try. I went to my nearest JJ’s, and after maneuvering the poorly designed parking lot, I was greeted by a sign on the door which read that this location was not offering $ 1 subs. Maybe I deserved this for trying to take advantage of Customer Appreciation Day when I’m not really a customer. However, their actions make it seem like they don’t want to bring in new customers or bring back disgruntled customers.

Dining room wasn’t clean, employees are not friendly. I should have gone to Jersey Mike’s.

I work across from this location. I called and placed an order for deliver. They gave me a price confirmed my order and phone. After 30 minutes and no delivery, I called back and they confirmed they address and said it was already out for delivery. 15 minutes go by and still no sandwich. I called back and spoke to a manager and she said there was no order placed. After all that, she didn’t even try to make it right. They have lost a customer. I’ll take my business to Jersey Mikes from now on.

I tried JJ last night for the first time. The food and ice tea were good but the customer service was so bad I have to comment. The young man at the register appeared so bored he was physically hanging on the register. It was our first time in so we needed a minute to order, I told him. He made no reply, explained nothing — just stared at us. My husband and I both asked questions, which he was unable to answer. It was so uncomfortable the man and lady working the sandwich line began to try to answer for him. When our sandwiches were made we were not asked one question. Nothing about sauce, mayo, onion, oil and vinegar, pepper — nothing. They just mAde them their way and that was that. Overall, very bad experience and customer service. Too bAd because I was hoping it could be my new place.

Worst experience at this location! I asked politely for a side of hot peppers to be told no that he could not do it. Excuse me but you are in customer service when a customer makes a reasonable request you do it. I will not be visiting this location again.

Not sure what’s going on at this particular location. I love Jimmy Johns overall but this location is not particularly fast or friendly.

I don’t even live a mile and a half away, and they don’t deliver… But, wait! They deliver on a the road parallel to mine… If you can deliver over 2 miles away, you better be able to deliver not even a mile and a half away. Give me a break… You’ve been in business long enough to be able to expand your deliveries… Get it together.

I was a huge Jimmy John’s supporter for years. I have lived outside of the U.S. for 6 years. I return and their bread tastes like«PLASTIC»… What is that chewy rubbery substance that coats the bread? 2nd, and this is a complaint for the location we went. My wife and I both asked twice, to make sure her sandwich had no cheese, and add onion. They repeated it to us. Got home, cheese and no onion. Just be upfront, honest and tell us the truth — «you’re going to get what we give you.» Because our conversation about our facebook friends is more important than your order…

best subs in town. They truly are freaky fast. I’ve been handed my sub while still paying for it! I crave their bread… Get the gargantuan loaded and split it with a friend or have an awesome lunch for 2 days. Everything is fresh and I go out of my way to go there:)

Time & Date of visit: 9÷2÷14 Party Size: 2 Location/Ambiance: The location as with the rest of the plaza seems kind of dead after neighboring office hours. There’s also plenty of parking in the lot. Outside the entrance is small outdoors seating section. Most customers at night are just in and out for to go orders. Most people that are seated are just waiting(not that long though!) for their sandwich orders. Service: Freaky fast just like the commercials. Sometimes even before you sit down the sandwich is ready. It’s like doing a rush down the football field, with a slight spin to avoid a tackle when you get your sandwich at the end of their assembly line and head back out. Each visit the cashier has been courteous and didn’t have issues to cater to how each order was to be made. Food/Beverages: I’ve always usually ordered the following two sandwiches since my discovery of Jimmy John’s: * #12 Beach Club — Light on the mayo, and the sandwich is actually quite refreshing. Plenty of meat to match the ratio of veggies. * #14 Bootlegger Club — I always order mine, light on the mayo, a little of spicy mustard, and then add salt/pepper/oregano and«sauce»(oil and vinegar). The meats are usually stuffed that they jut out of the sandwich sideways. Try to get it cut in half or in threes or have the toppings on your lap when you try to eat and drive. Summary: I’m not sure how hectic they get during the weekday lunch times, but there isn’t any wait to order to picking up the sandwiches after typical office hours and on weekends.

I luv this place. I ordered the Italian sub and it was really good. That was my 1st time there. The staff was helpful and was willing to offer suggestions.

Giving 2 stars was giving this location too much credit for my experience. I’ve been to Jimmy Johns before and love them but this location is the exception. I walked in and got no greeting although the guy cashier was looking straight at me. I greeted him and no response. When my sandwich was done it was place on the counter but nothing was said to me about it being mine. I had to ask. Then I took the sandwich back to work and it was layered with 1 layer of turkey and tons of lettuce. It was like eating a breaded salad. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Horrible experience!

Have eaten inside the restaurant several times and have received okay service. Today, I tried to place an order over the phone for delivery… Wow! Extremely rude lady over the phone! I live two miles from the store, and am outside the delivery service area? When I questioned her to make sure she knew where I was(since it’s a fairly new apartment complex), she said, «You are outside of our service area! If you don’t like it you can talk to my manager!» No need lady… I won’t be back.

«Freaky Fast Delivery» — what a joke. I placed my order for delivery at 1:15pm and did not receive my sub until 2:30pm. After calling to check on my order 30 minutes into my wait time, they said they were simply waiting on a delivery driver. I live 1.5 miles from this location. I can’t believe they pride themselves on fast service, what a joke. Once I got my sub, there were no apologies and the sub was soggy and incredibly mediocre. It’s safe to say I will not be eating Jimmy Johns subs anymore. Ew.

The Veggie sandwhich is spectacular! I love the bread! Provolone cheese, sliced perfectly ripe avocados, awesome mayo, chopped lettuce & tomatoe… Very yummy! Jimmy Johns is SO fast! We ordered 2 Sammie’s & by the time I got to the soft drink dispenser they were ready! Delicious tuna as well!

While the fare here is typical of JJ’s, the drive-thru, hours, and service give it a leg up on the competition. They are consistently good in the food prep and the fact that I can get through their drive thru faster than most other fast food joints still blows my mind. Combined with the later hours they run compared to any of the 3 major sandwich chains all within a couple miles, you have one big win for a sandwich shop. Also, they deliver for orders as small as a single sandwich. Let that sink in for a second…

I’ve been to this location once before and today I placed a deliver order. As far as their service inside, they’re pretty quick. I ordered the Turkey Tom and it was made to my liking. I was a little caught off guard when I walked in and pretty much every cashier was standing behind the counter yelling hello. I love great customer service, but you don’t have to startle me, lol. For my delivery order today, I got the Turkey Tom again and placed it in enough time to receive it just as I was going to lunch. The driver was a little off, but that’s ok. There also is no minimum amount that needs to be placed to have your ordered delivered, which is a plus. All in all, the sub was good. Like another Unilocaler exclaimed, I’d probably choose Jimmy John’s subs over places like Lenny’s. Maybe not Subway, though, but definitely Lenny’s. #Yelp100
