if I could rate this list than 1 star, it would be negative 3. This is for the taco bell side. Food was made incorrectly (no sour cream on taco supreme, no sauce on tostada, about 3 pieces of shred cheese on everything), corn and flour shells were stale, food lukewarm, order incorrect. whatever, stay away. go an extra two miles to the taco bell on shallowford rd.

Had a great experience in the drive thru today with one of the nicest employees ever. The Nashville hot chicken was surprisingly tasty and I definitely recommend this KFC for their friendly and great service! This location does also have the Taco Bell which is great for when people are craving two different types of foods.

I have to say I haven’t been to KFC in years but I admit that new marketing campaign got me in the door. I needed help deciding what to order for my family of 5 and instead of being annoyed the lady was happy to help me and was cheerful and seemed happy to have me as a customer. She described new items like baked beans to me as well. The food was mostly as I remembered it except perhaps the cole slaw which wasn’t as tasty as I recalled. The green beans were the best side. It isn’t the food that will get me back in the store it was how Tawanya went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable.

JUST AS I REMEMBER!
This is a KFC that also has a Taco Bell. When I worked on the other side of Woodstock, I would pass by this location and would frequently stop for a snack. The restaurant was very clean and the food was always hot and fresh. Tonight my daughter and I decided to stop in for a snack, and to see if things were as good as I remember. I had the grilled wings and she ordered the stuft nacho. It took a while to get our food but I can’t complain since it was delivered hot and fresh.
Can’t complain about that 99 health inspection score either. Good job!

Just went to this KFC service stunk they dident take my order for 5 mins then when they finally came I asked them for 1 extra crispy leg and one original crispy leg then I waited another 5 mins there wore other people behind me there was someone that ordered a chicken pot pie but he was missing parts of his meal.
They have new management the old manager amy use to know my order the staff was friendly now its messed up.

Drove by this place a thousand times — finally decided to stop in.
I got some kind of chicken sandwich that was named double-​something — don’t remember what it was.
The sandwich was good. It’s like they’ve added something really sweet and deliciious to it to make you addicted or something.
