Customer service is definitely A1 everyone was really nice and made one of the worst possible days of my life a little better by being really friendly and relatable. The price quote was reasonable and (Tony) he tries to cut the cost were (Tony)he can I may not use them but they were defiantly what I needed at the moment

So glad I found this place. They really took care of me and walked me through the process of getting my door and side panel fixed. Even helped me book a rental car. The paint job was amazing. My car looked brand new. Will definitely tell my friends and family about this place.

If you’re going to have your vehicle painted at Maaco, Roswell is the Maaco to choose! I had originally taken my van to the Maaco in Marietta (South Marietta St.), only to have them call me three days later and tell me that they could not paint my van within the eight full business days that they had agreed upon.
So, I picked up my van from Marietta and dropped it off at the Maaco in Roswell (Tony & Lynn’s business), and the Maaco in Roswell had my van painted within only four business days! They completed my van an entire day earlier than the Marietta Maaco had initially agreed to.
Tony and Lynn own the Roswell Maaco and they were prompt and professional, kind enough to pick up the slack for the other Maaco — and turn a bad experience into a great experience!
The Roswell Maaco did such a great job, I actually sent them an Edible Arrangement to thank them! I believe it’s important to share information for both good and bad experiences and I believe that we should properly thank the businesses that provide excellent customer service.

I just went and dropped my car off with Lynn ! I called ahead and spoke to Tony and he was so nice and once I got there Lynn was very informative and helpful with my car. She made me feel comfortable and confident. I will follow up with how my car looks when I get it back !

My car is 12 years old and prior to my Maaco service looked pretty awful (see awful pics). Because my repair guys told me that I had at least 6 – 7 years left in my car, I decided to get it painted.
At first, I didn’t want to go to a Maaco because they don’t have a good reputation in general but a guy at one of the collision shops said that one Maaco gives them all a bad name and that’s not fair — so off to Maaco I went (after three body shop estimates that were at least $ 2000.)
Maaco Roswell was my favorite (I checked out 3 locations). My estimate was prepared by Lynn who talked to me in detail about my car and what other things could be done in addition to the painting — fixing a bumper that was out of place and buffing my incredibly cloudy headlights.
I opted for the $ 599 paint job plus fixing my bumper and buffing the headlights. With all that work, I spent under $ 900 and my car looks incredible. They also only kept it about 2 ½ days. (Lynn told me that I pulled the perfect job lottery for that week — done fast and well.)
I’m glad I listened to the people who told me to give Maaco a chance. It was a great experience.

Heard that Maaco is the McPaint shop? Not this Maaco. Had a full premium body paint with repair and trim. Bottom line is they were at least half my next closest estimate, they did it in less than half the time of the best estimate and the work is impeccable. My Nissan Titan has 250k miles and looks showroom new. I don’t know about other Maaco shops but if you’re in north Atlanta, this is THE paint shop to use.

Blew my expectations away. Tony is a great guy, honest and does amazing work. Highly recommended A++

You wont find any other repair shop that cares more about your car than this specific Maaco. My 2000 Honda Civic has needed multiple repairs and Tony goes above and beyond to make my car look brand new again. Did I mention I am a college student? Because I live away from home, Maaco has made it a priority to finish my car as soon as possible and also help my thin wallet with finding ways to decrease the price without suffering quality. Also, free wash– heck yes!

I was new in town when I got hit from the front and had my headlights taken out. After searching around town I decided to try Maaco because I thought a chain would be the best quality control. Unfortunately, I should have looked harder because problems ensued.
When I first went to the shop I noticed it looked nice and the front office was lightly staff with about 3 people (which I think is good because of less overhead). Tony the manager was nice enough and I felt OK leaving my car with him.
The problems started when I got back my car. There were gaps in the bumper, gap on the hood, scratches and divots on the hood, over spray on fog lights, the bumper repaint was rough. Now these things are minor, but I also had 2 other shops look over the work and confirmed the issues I noticed. After this I decided to take the car back, but I only decided to mention the items which bugged me the most being the divots and gaps. When I got my car back it had been about 2 weeks and a few days. The hood was repainted, the hood was also shifted but still had a few issues, I saw no difference in the bumper.
Overall I have been hit before and had much better experiences. This whole process took way too long. I wasn’t asking for perfect work, but I also feel that I should get what I pay for and I did not get that here. I have decided at this point my best option is to just live with the imperfections. If you’re looking for anything more than an economy job then don’t go here, but I guess if you’re looking at Maaco other review have already mentioned that so take this as a conformation of the facts.

Tony just called me and asked about my experience. He said he was willing to work with me on the issues I have. As I said earlier Tony and the staff are all nice people, so if you’re thinking about this Maaco location just know they are willing to work with you.

I came in in response to the Maaco advertised Summer $ 299 dollar special. I found the facility to be very attractive and I could see that their work is very good. I liked the manager and he was very helpful. However, he told me that the $ 299 price was for those who did the prep themselves. I rely didn’t expect to get the advertised price, but I did think that I could get it done for $ 399 or $ 499, but unfortunately they told me it would be over $ 900. I am sure that it is much cheaper than a normal body shop, but too expensive for my 18 year old car. I will probably use them in the future, but not this time.

I have been to this Maaco location on three separate occasions and have had a great experience every time. The first time I came here, I had recently scraped a quarter panel and was expecting to pay a few hundred dollars to have it repaired. Much to my surprise, Tony, the proprietor, took a brief look at the car and said, «These are superficial scratches, I’ll buff these out free of charge.» The car was good as new in a few minutes. He certainly didn’t need to do that, but he earned my business that day for any future work. It wasn’t too long before I returned with some more substantial repair needs — he charged me a fair price and did excellent work. Friendly people, fair prices, great quality work. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Doing good work is one thing. Putting my octogenarian aunt at ease with what needs to be done, and delivering good work to her is another. She says, «The car looks like new!» In fact, she said it twice. She also said Maaco beat the competition’s price by more than $ 800. Good job, Maaco!

I’m very satisfied with the work that Tony and his team did on my 2007 Honda Accord. I had an overall auto body paint job done a few months ago, and only recently realized that the passenger doors wouldn’t open. I went back and they said they’d order the replacement cables to do this repair — at no charge. It was an excellent experience and I especially enjoyed hanging out with the friendly doggie there -!

I had taken my 2008 Mazda 3 with a minor bumper damage to Maaco of Roswell. The complaints were: 1. Trunk not closing properly 2. Gap between bumper and rear body panel and 3. Internal trunk release not working. I was told that most probably the bumper absorber was damaged and since it was a very slow impact (less than 5mph), the rear bar should be fine and not damaged.
The next day they called and confirmed that it was only the absorber that was damaged and they replaced it; parts and labor: $ 200. I said fine and authorized the fix. But when I was about to go pick the car up, they called and said that when they pulled the bumper, their guy accidentally started sanding it down to be painted, which was never asked for or authorized. They tried sticking an additional $ 300 charge on me; I said no… I didn’t ask for a paint job. This pissed them off; so when I went to pick the car up after hours, I saw that the bumper was painted, but the original 3 problems that I had noted were NOT fixed; the trunk still didn’t close properly, there was a gap and the internal release didn’t work.
So I didn’t pick up the car and call them the next working day and asked them what happened since they took my $ 200 over the phone saying everything is fixed. But now they say «oh the body panel is also damaged and that’ll be another 4 hours of labor for $ 160 additional». I said «I don’t authorize any more repair or charges and I’ll come tomorrow and take a look personally». When I go there, the bumper has been pushed back into place correctly and the manager says «that’ll be an extra $ 160 or I can take the bumper out again and damage your car so that it doesn’t fit properly». They literally blackmailed me by saying I can pay the money or they’ll damage my car and give me the pieces to take back.
The manager was extremely rude and called me names. I can’t believe these cheats have any rating with BBB; I’m going to see that they are put out of business.

The work is quite good. The owner/​manager, Tony, is a great guy. We got two of cars fixed here. The paint and finish were quite good. A few minor details but overall good work. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to get their car fixed or re-​painted.

I took my beat-​up 94 Civic in for repairs. It looks great. They had to replace the front bumper and both fenders. They repainted the whole car and it looks great! They have been in that location for 14 years. (They are moving to a larger space at the end of this month.) I feel like I got good service for a good price. They also guarantee all of their work.
They have a nice doggie in the office area. (She seems to be well trained and mild mannered. She didn’t bark once. All of the guys who came in to deliver parts would pet her.)
