Milady’s Nail & Day Spa

Some of my friends go to this nail salon so I thought «how bad could it be?» I should have turned around and left as soon as I walked in. The floor beside my chair was filthy. If you can’t keep the floor clean, I must assume your standards of cleanliness are poor elsewhere. That is a deal breaker. The woman who did my nails was abrupt and not very nice. I will not be back.

I love this place. My daughter and I go in periodically for pedicures, they let my 7 year old sit in a chair beside me (as long as they’re not super busy) and we have a great time. Everyone working there is very nice and friendly. My daughter loves the attention she gets. One of the women does some really fun nail art. We truly feel pampered there.

I’ve been going to Milady for over 3 years now and love them! I get my nails done with gel polish every 2 weeks and a pedicure when needed. Tom and his wife are awesome! Rose also does a very professional job and is THE person to go to if you need a special manicure with pictures or different colors… she’s an artist!
The salon is always spotless and all the staff are very friendly and hospitable. They have known me by name as long as I can remember!

Just HORRIBLE! I just left this place with a friend, my little girl and her friend. We made an appointment for 2:30, two hours later, they barely had finished my daughters manicure. There was a roach crawling around in the pedi chair which I didn’t mention to them but ewwww! It was not busy when we walked in and instead of working on our pedi’s and mani’s, they moved onto two ladies that were walk-​ins. I should also mention that I had orignially called them to ask if they catered to children and specifically asked if they had childrens chairs. They had none of it but I am willing to give anyone a chance if the service is good. I got a regular pedicure which they charged me $ 22 for. My regular salon does a deluxe pedi and mani for $ 30-​$ 40 that includes a massage. The woman at Milady asked if I’d like a massage, I said yes thinking it was inclusive. UMM NO, I was charged $ 10. We left and will not be returning. I should have read the reviews on here before going but now I know and so do you.

Worst service. I called about an hour before closing and got there 45 mins before closing … I didn’t wait long as there was only 2 only customers there. I just got a color change on my toes and a gel color change on my fingers. Both were done quickly and sloppily! I was charged 30 $ for this! At my usual salon it’s 20 $ for both! I will be sticking to Js nails across the street

I go to this salon for 3 years ! I love the service ! They do good job ! Great customer service ! Extremely friendly !

TERRIBLE!!! We recently moved out of Sandy Springs into Roswell, and I just couldn’t find time to get down to Hammond Nails (mistake #1) so I stopped into this local nail shop. It must have been about 100 degrees inside, and I was told to «sit down and wait» for someone to do my pink and white fills. About 15 minutes later, a girl called me over to her work station. She then got up, walked away, and about 10 minutes later came back, waving me over to another station. All in all, the fill was terrible. She made the white so thick, and when I asked her to please make it thinner, she said «too late, it’s dry.» She rushed through the fill and jumped out of her seat like it was on fire when we were done. I literally had to track someone down and ASK if I could pay. I will NEVER go here again.
