Move So I Can Clean Too

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!! Bought vouchers off Half Off Depot, and could hardly get anyone to call me back to schedule. The first time they showed up and hour and half late. They did a poor cleaning job… the best part being they emptied my trash cans. When I asked the cleaning lady to mop under a basket (A BASKET!!!) she said we don’t move anything with voucher cleanings! The only reason I purchased the vouchers is because I am looking for a new cleaning company.
Now, I am sitting in my home, at 10:30AM, waiting on my 9:00 apt with them. No call, no show. I am furious. I work full time and don’t have the time to just sit around my house waiting. This company is HORRIBLE!!! I wouldn’t have them clean my house if it only cost $ 20.

Arrived 2 hours late,
i paid in advance through GROUPON $ 59 dollars for 4 hours of cleaning and they only stayed 50 minutes! There were 3 of them. One of them was on the phone 90 percent of the time and not cleaning.
They did not mop kitchen, did not dust master bedroom, did not sweep and did not mop master bathroom, forgot to empty the bathroom trash.
The kitchen sink still had pasta on the drain cover after they suposedly clean it.
I complained about these to them and they redid master bedroom and bathroom. But leftbefore cleaning the kitchen.
I have picturesto prove it.
They left a cigarrette butt on my driveway.
I left a message at their answering machine to tell management what happened and they did not call back.

Too bad that I can’t give negative stars. I bought 2 vouchers for cleaning from Crowd Cut. What was not on Crowd Cut’s website or the company’s website is that they don’t clean on weekends. Pretty unusual, in my experience, and would’ve been good to know as I would not have bought the vouchers. Regardless, I spoke with a gentleman that I think is the owner and explained that I would need someone to come as early as possible because I was going into work late to meet the cleaners. He asked whether I wanted to just leave my door unlocked. Um, in a city and the first time I use a cleaning company? No. The cleaners were hours late and each time I called him for an update, he gave me a different place in Atlanta that they were lost. When the cleaners arrived, I did not address their massive tardiness but they must have noticed that I was upset. They volunteered that homeowners were often mad as they were always perceived to be late, when in reality, the owner did not book them until shortly before their arrival at my home (when we had spoken weeks before).
I was willing to chalk this up to one problem. However, again this morning, the cleaners were supposed to arrive between 9 and 10 AM. The same gentleman called me at 8:09 to say that they were due to arrive between 9 and 10, but that although they were on their way, they may be late because of traffic. Suspicious, because they are supposedly no more than 25 miles away, and it was going to take over 2 hours to get here? Unlikely. He called back about 10:10 and said that they were due to finish their first house within the hour, and then they would be on the way. I reminded him that not only did this happen last time, but that he had called at 8:10 and said that they were on their way. He had never mentioned another house. He said that they were in Marietta (which is about 25 miles away) and that they would finish within the hour. At 11:40, 90 minutes later, I still had not heard anything from them so called him back. He said that they would be finishing the first house soon and should be here by 1:00. I again said that they were many hours late, and that I had to completely rearrange my day and several appointments to wait for the cleaners He merely agreed that they were late. Terrible customer service. And, it’s 1:00 and I have not heard from anyone. Things happen but it makes things worse instead of better to give me bogus arrival times and to lie about where the cleaners are in relation to my home. Please, please don’t use this business unless you want to wait around all day for someone to arrive.
