My husband’s aunt brought my husband and me to NOCA for a birthday dinner, along with our 17-month old daughter. I cannot say enough about NOCA’s tremendously accommodating and kind service. I have never seen a restaurant be sweeter to a toddler – even offering to wash a fallen sippy cup. Special thanks to Juanita for even sitting at the table next to us for a chat with our daughter. Our server was wonderful too, and steered us toward some most delicious menu items(including my daughter’s chicken tenders, which the grown ups admittedly also grazed upon). There is an «off the menu» kids menu available. For the grown ups, high marks on the wine list and craft beer list. Among the entrees, I highly recommend the seared tuna with julienned veggies. YUM! Our meal was wonderful, but the level of service and hospitality extended to a toddler made our experience at NOCA truly exceptional. We will be back!

This place is amazing! I went there for the first time yesterday with a friend on a recommendation from our mutual friends. Alan, our waiter, was impressively attentive and well knowledgable of the food and wine. Great wine selection! I ordered the steak tenderloin with frites while my friend had the crab cakes with mash potatoes and asparagus. The tenderloin was perfectly seasoned and cooked just right while my friend’s crab cakes were unbelievable. We both appreciated Mike The General Manager checking in half way through the meal to ensure that everything was perfect, which it was. We really appreciated the attentiveness and welcoming from the staff and will definitely be returning soon. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

We had heard about NOCA and wanted to try it out. I am so happy we did, it was great, the food, the large portions were very tasty, the staff was very attentive and the whole package was exceptional. I will be back!!! Before we left the GM, Mike, came by our table to ask if we had an amazing evening.

I had heard great things about this place from several friends that live in the general vicinity, so we drove over from Smyrna to check it out tonight. She had the«day boat scallops with risotto». I had the«pistachio encrusted grouper with sautéed spinach and potatoes au gratin». We shared the«tuna tartare» appetizer and order a few cocktails as well. To say the food is incredible would be a major understatement, it was absolute out of this world phenomenal! Our server«Ashley» was very attentive and friendly, and her service was spot on. The GM «Mike Vecchio» personally introduced himself and made several great food/drink recommendations. Everything we had here was well presented and tasted wonderful. We will be back!!!

Not impressed, we started with the tempura shrimp and they were ok. I had the grouper, it lacked flavor and was a thin cut. My girlfriend had the lobster tail with a side of mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. The lobster tail was ok, but the sides were not, they had no flavor and the Brussels were not cooked. Service was good and the food was overpriced.

Absolutely would not go back! The food was decent but the service was awful from reception to meal. The hostess when we arrived was combative and rude! We had a party of five and she was abrasive and standoffish. Told us we didn’t have a reservation even as we were showing her we did! Went to the bar and found the male bartender to be rude and the female to be pleasant. The food was not bad but they brought out 4⁄5 of our meals and made one person wait more than 10 minutes for their meal! Not sure what was going on their. Just odd when one of the ladies at our table was waiting for food when the rest of us had it. So many great restaurants in Downtown Roswell, this is not one I would ever return to based on the customer service!

We went to NOCA last night to celebrate my birthday. We wanted to try something new and had heard great things about it. It definitely did not disappoint. My girlfriend and her son both had burgers and I had the lobster. Which was a great combination for us. Tommy was our server and was on point and made us feel right at home. The manager Mike stopped by a few times to make sure that everything was ok. I will be suggesting NOCA to all my friends. Top notch food & Service.

Good food, subpar service. Empty water glasses and the server lacked knowledge of how to properly address a table deep in conversation. I felt like I was at IHOP.

This is a really good and under-rated restaurant on Canton street in downtown Roswell. They have one of the best outdoor seating areas on the entire street. The food is always really good and they run different specials most nights. As of now they have $ 5 bugers on Monday nights and the burgers are as good as you can find anywhere. Thursday is 1.5 lb lobster for a good price and Sunday you get soup/salad, main course, and 3 sides for $ 20. So on top of good food, you can get some good deals as well. I feel it is almost one of the best kept secrets on Canton street as some of the other restaurants get all the press, but these guys keep delivering on a good dining experience.

It appears this restaurant is hit or miss and when I visited with my wife on a very un-busy Sunday night, it was definitely a «hit.» We started with the tempura shrimp with orange sauce and it was delicious. My wife then ordered the scallops with – oh what’s that fancy stuff Chef Ramsey always goes bonkers over – anyway, I hate it, but my wife loves it and she really liked it. I tasted it and it was«meh.» Give me grits anyday. But, I got the chicken with killer pan sauce and it was a huge portion and excellently seasoned. The fillets were flattened, breaded and pan fried, and the«killer pan sauce» was very similar to a chicken dish my mom makes with a lemony caper sauce. Very tasty. The sides were«smashed» potatoes which were a refreshingly balanced«real» potato flavor with a hint of creaminess that most chefs overdo. Also, the long green beans were perfectly steamed/sauteed so that they weren’t crunchy, but not quite soft either. For two people eating dinner, + glass of wine and one regular drink, the bill was a bit on the high side($ 78 w/out tip), but it was«date night» so it’s fine. Don’t know how«families» can come and enjoy this like the waiter said, but more power to them if they can.

A good choice for a special occasion dinner, like a birthday, if you’re in Roswell. When making our reservation, the host asked if it was a special occasion(it was) and let us know we’d have a free dessert for the birthday guest of honor. A nice touch! The live music on the patio Saturday night was great. The vocalist moved around the crowd(which could be awkward, but it totally wasn’t because he was so smooth) and even serenaded someone, to everyone’s entertainment. He was a one man act and we loved listening to him sing. Food: really good! All 6 in our party ordered different entrees and we all loved our food. I had the veggie plate(«Walk in the Garden»), which was a choice of 4 sides. The mushrooms were outstanding in particular, and it was such a large serving that I made 3 meals out of it! My husband’s steak fries were also great! Why only 4 stars? Freaking valet parking. They try to force/trick you into it by coning off a public lot(pro tip: you have to drive around to enter the lot from Woodstock Rd side). Just let me park my own car at your delicious restaurant!

I could throw so many adjectives out about this place. Just let me say that it is a lovely, truly lovely dining experience. It is on the upscale side but in addition to the gourmet-type fare you can get comfort food. The«Sunday Supper» was amazing. Fried chicken, truffle fries, brussel sprouts and asparagus all cooked to perfection for $ 20!!! It is a small place but very nicely appointed. Service, as would be expected in a place like this, is above and beyond your expectations. I cannot wait to go back! The only downside to NOCA is the parking. There is little to none depending on when you visit, but that’s pretty typical of this area.

Came to Noca to celebrate my Birthday dinner. My first dining experience here was so fantastic I thought I was in for another lovely meal. I was extremely disappointed. I ordered the Pistachio Crusted Grouper with the scalloped potatoes. They usually serve a bread basket when you arrive, but this was not the case tonight. Maybe they had run out, because some of the other tables had bread. The food was HORRIBLE! The«fresh» Grouper was evidently days(weeks?) old and had a very strong fishy taste and odor. YUCK!!! It was also pink in the middle! Needless to say, I did not eat it. The potatoes were hard and undercooked. Rather than make a scene in front of my friend, I said I wasn’t hungry and would«take it home for later.» I did end up bringing it home and tried to feed the fish to my cat, who loves fish!!! Now I know it wasn’t just me. MYCATWOULDN’T EVENEATIT!!’ Now that’s real bad! I will never go back. I’m embarrassed to have been the one to recommend this restaurant to my friend.

Go to the Sunday dinner special. You get a meat and two sides that are AWESOME no matter what you order. The menu is fantastic, but a little on the high side… Even for Historic Roswell eating. You have to try the Lamb Pops. They are amazing. They have a great drink menu and they make’em right. Again, The Sunday Dinner!!!

Everything I’ve had there has been outstanding! The beef short rib flatbread app is to die for! And the bruschetta is unique with fresh strawberries diced fine blender with the tomatoes, fresh basil and balsamic reduction. I get it to go and they pack the toast points separately! You’ve got to have the scallops with mushroom risotto. And the Chicken in Killer Pan Sauce is AWESOME!

6 of us ate here on a Sunday night. We didn’t know they had Sunday supper… what a great deal. For $ 20 you can choose from one of 4 entrees plus 3 side items. It also came with soup or salad. I ordered the veal schinitzel, with arugula and a grain mustard beurre blanc, very good.

Came here for a Saturday date night. Drove past and we decided it was worth a try based off the reviews. Sat outside at the bar, which was nice. Sun sets in a way where the outside is shaded later so perfect for summer dinners. Tommy, the bartender, was really great! I had a snakebite to drink, and we did a shot to celebrate. My second drink, the derby sidecar, was good and strong. For starters, we ordered the bruschetta and deviled eggs. The bruschetta was the best part of the entire meal, which isn’t saying much. It had balsamic glaze, strawberries(yum) and typically toppings. Very good. The deviled eggs were supposed to have wasabi but I didn’t taste it at all. Let down. We decided to just do salads and those were ok. I had the arugula beet and it was ok. Lacking in the feta. My honey had the brussel sprout salad and she was but happy, tasted like cole slaw with no brussel sprout taste. Ate those and were still hungry so did the Walk in the Garden, just side items — brussel sprouts, mashed potatoes, sautéed spinach and potatoes au gratin. None were really great but we were really hungry. Overall, the drinks, service and atmosphere were great. I’d come back for drinks but skip the food.

We went on Monday night to try the $ 5 burger special, and it was fantastic. We sat outside on a lovely patio filled with people enjoying burgers. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. Our server was cheerful and helpful. Service was prompt and attentive, but allowed appropriate time for conversation. The burgers were perfect, and the truffle fries were a great accompaniment. The evening was filled with great food, relaxation, and lots of laughs.

My recent visit to NOCA was as good as the first! To start, I ordered a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon, Raymond R Collection. It was a great choice. The Bruschetta was great. It is topped with strawberry, tomato, basil and feta. After that, I ordered the 14oz. grilled ribeye. It comes with fingerling potatoes and asparagus. I ordered my steak medium, it was great; tender and flavorful. For desert, I had the blueberry cobbler. It is topped with ice cream, mint and strawberries. Service was excellent. Since my last visit there are daily specials on the menu. Check out the website for details. On Sunday there is a special called«Sunday Supper». For $ 20/person the experience includes dinner rolls, a choice of soup or salad, a meat selection and a choice of three sides. I definitely plan to visit on a Monday for the $ 5 American Burger and also on a Thursday for the $ 15 whole lobster.

Once again, another great restaurant pops up in Roswell. Let me start the review by saying the service was top notch. The servers were very knowledgeable about the appetizers, entrees, and even wine. I wasn’t sure which wine I wanted, so I just described the type of wines I usually drink. The server recommended a wine, and it was PERFECT. I can’t remember what it was called, but it was a white wine from Germany. If you like Moscato, get the sweet white wine from Germany! As for the ambiance, we sat outside on the patio. The setting is very romantic; there is a fire pit in the middle and it probably increases the ‘romance scale’ when it’s on. But sadly, we were there when the sun was still up. Also, I went with family, so we really didn’t need the romance factor(haha). We ordered a few appetizers: Crab Croquette, Tempura Lobster Tail, Asian Style Pork Flat Bread(today’s special), soup of the day. Always ask for today’s special, because the flat bread was phenomenal. The pork was cooked perfectly with succulent sauce/seasoning and all of the toppings in addition to the pork was really tasty. Usually, I can pick out a favorite when there are several appetizers on the table, but honestly, I can’t. They’re all my favorite. The lobster tail was awesome, the crabs were so soft and the meat just melts in your mouth, and the soup was thick and just full of flavor. And for the entrees! I’m going to breakdown each of the entrees for you, so you know exactly what you’re going to order for your visit! Duck Confit: Duck has to be one of my favorite meats. And the duck is cooked to perfection– the meat just falls off the bone. It comes on top of a bed of creamy risotto and delicious sauce, next to roasted brussels sprouts. I’ve never been a fan of brussels sprouts, but after I ate these, I bought a bag of brussels sprouts at the grocery store(haha, I’m crazy). Scallops: These scallops had to be the biggest scallops I’ve ever seen in my life. There are four huge scallops on top of mushroom risotto. This plate was absolutely delicious, although i was completely full, I couldn’t stop eating the risotto. Pork Shoulder: If you’re super hungry, order this. Gigantic pork shoulder meat comes on top of bread pudding and asparagus. The pork shoulder was very tasty and the bread pudding was soft and full of flavor. From service all the way to food and wine, everything was great. I had an awesome dinner time. Make this place your next anniversary dinner or date night! You won’t be disappointed.
