Dr. Cara is amazing not one was she my boss but the amount of teaching I learned from her about the field was amazing and her adjustments are incredible. I have relocated to NYC but will be coming to her once I’m back in town. Highly recommend her. She’s the best.

My Husband and I have seen Dr. Cara for a long time. She is awesome! She is always quick to get things going back in place and often has adjusted her schedule to help get us in when necessary! She does not try to push things on you that you do not need either. Her massage therapist is great as well. Amazing office!

I have been seeing Dr. Cara since 2012. She is an amazing Chiropractor; she cares so much for all of her patients, and gets you feeling better the minute she gives you an adjustment. She is very knowledgable in other areas besides Chiropractic, and offers so many services at her office. It’s definitely One Stop for all of your health needs! My daughter and I won’t go anywhere else.

There simply aren’t enough good things to say about Dr Cara and her staff. I’ve been going to them for I guess about six months now, and I’ve made more progress in that time than I have in the previous three years. I have gone from being in significant, constant, pain, to being relatively pain free.
You won’t find anyone else who takes as much time to make sure you are taken care of, and to make sure that you are educated on your body, nutrition, and anything else that comes up.
I’ve been to three other chiropractors in the metro area, and there is only one other that I would consider recommending. I tell people about Dr Cara all the time, and if anyone has a problem, that’s who I send them to.
