Love this staff! The therapists have changed my life and the front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this office!

BEWARE– I took my daughter here. While the therapy itself didn’t stand-out as above or below expectations, the billing process genuinely shocked me! I agreed to pay $ 80 per one-hour visit and signed an agreement that I would be responsible for those charges. Four months later I received a bill for $ 112. When I called the director about this, he explained that the $ 80 per visit was just an estimate, and that I had agreed to be responsible for all charges. Mind you, I was not being billed for additional services, in fact, most sessions only lasted 45 minutes. What a JERK! Perhaps I should open a new barber shop where I’ll charge $ 12 per haircut and then send everyone a bill for an additional $ 8 the next month.

My experience here has been awesome. Easy scheduling, perfect facility and fantastic caring PT and front desk staff. On my 3rd month of 2x/week post-knee surgery rehab and their help has been critical to my recovery. Highly Recommend.

Physiotherapy Associates was certainly conveniently located but the love affair ended there. Low volume of visible patients(was that Brandon J.(the other rating) on the other table?) –yet they kept me waiting for 45 minutes. No apology for running late. Completely unaware that I couldn’t drive, so they wasted two people’s time. Never bothered with introduction. Completely impersonal with an hint of sarcasm. Seeming lack of awareness of unsanitary post operative procedures(touching group toys to new incision site 24 hours old). Bull pen atmosphere lacked privacy. Non attentive PT seemed too involved with his laptop to bother to work with his patients. His mantra«let me know when you’ve done 20 reps(because I won’t be watching or counting).» He delivered ½ hour of PT, and I am sure he will bill my insurance for 1 hour. Brandon J’s description of «adequate» was kind. Accurate is acceptable if you have no other choices. He probably could get the job done. I only went once and found another provider.

THENO-NONSENSEREVIEW: THEGOOD: This place is adequate for your PT needs(at least for mine thus far) and the staff is friendly. I’ve been working with them for almost two months now and have seen progress with my shoulder injury. Scheduling with them is easy, as is cancellation(24 hour notice req.). Although I’m only in there nursing a shoulder injury, it appears they have all the necessary equipment that any PT office would have. THEBAD: They overbook and understaff. While I’m a pretty laid-back and easy-going guy, I don’t let this bother me — as I need the PT and they’re probably not going to do anything about it anyway — given the economy and all. Anyway, whenever I go there in the afternoons, there is only one person Physical Therapist on staff, possibly covering two, three or even four patients at once. Bless her heart, she works hard and does a great job given her circumstances — but c’mon! I really don’t feel like I get the one-on-one attention I’m paying for here. I work with my therapist because I understand these constraints she is under. I can say however, that I am not a fan. Perhaps I’ll bring it up with management via online contact or something. The other complaint is that in the afternoons, with the sun blaring through all the windows they have– the place heats up and I find myself spending my PT hour sweating to the not-so-oldies teeny-bopper cheese-pop that is piping out of the speakers. I’m always asking for a towel to control the sweat. I’ll have to give it up again for Kelly, my physical therapist — she’s great!
