I started with Megan when I was 14, I had done tons of groundwork but had minimal jumping experience and some nerves. After my first lesson I was hooked. I spent the next four years at her facility and Megan took my riding abilities to a level I never thought I was capable of. She is incredibly gifted in her ability to cater her teaching style to benefit each rider and horse individually. Megan manages to brings out their absolute best potential while still making it fun. She is patient, knowledgeable and has boundless amounts of confidence in her students that is infectious. In just a few short years with her I was riding comfortably up to huge fences, and tackling challenges each and everyday that I would have never attempted without her encourgement. I bought my first horse from Megan and she worked with us intensely with hopes of being admitted into a competitive collegiate riding school. After months of training, my horse and I were accepted into the program, the first pony they had ever taken, and it’s to Megan’s credit. Every horse at her facility is treated like it is her own. Their care is immaculate. Megan fastidiously attends tends to their nutrition, exercise schedule, grooming and overall general health. Her boarders and their animals become family. I was devastated when she relocated to Georgia, and think anyone with the opportunity to train with her and board at her establishment would be foolish to go anywhere else.
