I’d never been to a pawn shop before coming here, and now I’m wondering why I hadn’t gone to one sooner.
Silver Dollar has all kinds of items for sale: estate jewelry, collectible coins, silver, gold, handguns, gaming systems, speakers, watches, and different odds and ends. They are locally owned and get new items in everyday as well as shipments every week or so. Also, some of their jewelry travels around the country at trade shows, so they’ll rotate out their available jewelry roughly every month.
How do I know this? Well, Doug was extremely helpful when I came in looking for a silver dollar. He helped me look at some handguns, other collectible coins, and jewelry. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend Silver Dollar others!

Working with the team at Silver Dollar was refreshing as they were polite, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. They brought in experts from outside the area to properly assess the value on a collectable I was trying to sell ultimately steering me towards an auction house which he said would result in more cash then he could offer me — THANKS JOE for steering me in what was the right direction for me, not your bottom line.
