Subway

The people working here should get new jobs since they obviously must not like dealing with people. Not friendly at all. Food was okay but there are other subways where the help is nicer.

Go one Mile West and use the subway by the Movie Tavern on the corner of 92 and Sandy Plains. They are great. This Subway is terrible and the owner is rude and if we all quit using this Subway hopefully he will go away.

Without a doubt, this is the RUDEST Subway that I have ever had the misfortune of eating in. I believe the owners are usually working in this location when I have visited. You are NEVER greeted in a friendly manner. You always are made to feel that it is a huge inconvenience to have them make a sandwich. They serve the sandwich in the wrapper they make the sandwich on. They are TOO CHEAP to provide the plastic Subway wrapper. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! It’s not just my opinion as I have asked several others in the community… same response. RUDE!

The owner is an ass and his employees follow suit. It’s well worth going up the street to a different Subway location.

This subway is my least favorite location I’ve ever been to. It’s so convenient and we love Subway, but the owners are not friendly, the sandwiches and toppings are skimpy and they never participate in the normal Subway specials or accept coupons. I make every effort to choose another location of at all possible!

I am a definitely a huge SUBWAY Fan, but never would I visit this location again.
I have visited this location thrice hoping something would change but nothing did. My 2 cents on their overall experience;
*Product– I didn’t think they were doing a good job in the manner in which n they were handling the food. Example — Once when I walked in the person behind the counter was sweeping the floor. Upon seeing me they went straight to the bread section and started to handle the bread without even washing their hands or changing the gloves!
*Customer Service Very poor experience! They acted as they were doing me a favor for buying a sandwich! Also, they have a rough attitude when you maje a simple request, such as adding more lettuce!
* Overall Experience– Extremely poor, they will damage the Subway brand image if they don’t change for the better quickly.

There are too many other well run subways in this area to waste your time and money at this one.
Poor ingredient quality. No daily meal deal. Unclean.

This location is a typical Subway… or seemed like it on my visit. I certainly didn’t feel the «Trapdoor to Hell» vibe that sent frissons of horror down the spinal columns of the other reviewers.
The store was clean, not busy, but not deserted. My sammitch was constructed in record time and seemed perfectly edible.
I’d return, the next time that I am in the market for a Subway sub and am in the area.

I will start by saying that I love subway just not this location! Maybe better management before I head back here! I went in for lunch and was hoping to get the value meal of the day! There was no one in there! No customers… no workers… Finally someone comes up and no they don’t participate in the value meal of the day! Ugh bummer! Oh well so got a tuna sub (a favorite) as I got the toppings the worker kept asking and what else and what else and what else before he even grabbed what I said!!! Very very very stingy with there toppings as well!!! I like a lot of lettuce and spinach and I had to ask for extra lettuce 4 times and still didn’t get as much as I like! I felt very rushed and hurried by the worker i guess because there was other stuff to do…(not that anyone was in there other than me) I asked for a cup of water and was told 20cent!!! Unbelievable! Never been asked to pay for water b4 usually just give me a small cup… so worst service at a subway for me… will not be going back for lunch anytime soon! Will go to Quiznos or publix deli before I come here again!

This is one of two locations in the west Roswell area that is sub-​par compared to other Subways in the North Atlanta metro area. The bread is often day-​old if you get there before the rush. The fixings are skimpy – I’m usually lucky to get four olive «pieces» when I ask for it. They also need to work on their sweet tea. I’ve eaten there frequently and there’s always a weird aftertaste to it.
And also against Subway regulations apparently, as of this posting, they are not giving out the instant win scrabble promotion cups.
Skip it and head over to the Marietta Subway in the Kroger shopping center at the intersection of Johnson Ferry and Shallowford road.
