The Comfortable Chair Store

What a find! In searching for a comfortable lift chair for my father we ran across this jewel. The owner, Julia was professional, knowledgeable, and not a hard sell. She truly cared about my father’s condition and led us in a direction that I am sure we will be happy with. The chair has not been delivered but if it’s anything like the service Julia delivered, he will be most happy! She delivered «old-​school» service.

My aunt, almost 100 years old, had a wide choice of recliners in the store — more than any area department store or lazy kid store. She also got fine service and solid information from the owners/​operators. In the end, but with NO steering or pressure from the owners, she decided to spend more than she’d thought she deserved in order to get a high-​quality power-​operated chair. After all, she doesn’t just sit on it during the day, she sleeps on it at night. The chair was delivered yesterday right on schedule. She found it to be just what she’d hoped for and expected, including ease of operation. And when she woke this morning, it was the first time in years that she had no pain anywhere in her body. If we need another chair in the future, there’s no question where we’d go.

Our couch was delivered yesterday about two-​three weeks before it was supposed to be ready! I have been so excited to see the couch and it turned out exactly a we had pictured it. The delivery service they use was also great. They were able to deliver it right after it arrived in the warehouse and the delivery guys were very nice and professional. They had it unwrapped and setup in just a couple of minutes. And the delivery fee was extremely reasonable compared to the big name stores.
We are extremely happy with our decision to custom order our couch through the Comfortable Chair Store. Their knowledge and commitment to customer service is amazing. Julia & her husband are a great team and were a pleasure to work with. I know that we will be doing business with them in the future. Thanks for everything!
