The customer service stops as soon as you swipe your card. Will never use HD again for anything that requires delivery or service contract. They farm out these services to hacks that have no alegiance to Home Depot nor the customer. Sad but true.

Found what I came for and some extra items that were reasonable priced. Stayed within my budget. I like the storage bins selections and prices. More options than the Perimeter location.

It’s everything you want a Home Depot to be. This time I needed rain ponchos and a ground-cover. They had both. A nice man pointed me in the right direction. I got what I needed, and was out of there lickety-split. And I didn’t even have to use those self-scanning teller machines.

This is a decent Home Depot, well laid out and usually plenty of workers. And after being in about 15 of them, some more regularly you kinda get to know them. It’s not the littlest of them but not a flagship store, but you’ll find a wide variety of flooring, appliances, etc. There are a few really good employees here and as with any of the Home Depot you just have to find the regulars that work full time and avoid those that are part time or run the registers when asking complex DIY questions. Remember normally going to the Pro Desk or finding the master contractor on duty at each home depot is the best for getting solutions to tough issues like plumbing, electrical wiring, etc.

The customer service at this store is awful. As I was walking through the store and garden center, not one employee said hello or asked if I needed assistance. If you are an employee and look directly at a customer, please say something. I will not be back. I’ll go to a store that actually wants my business.

Good, solid, friendly Home Depot, but not my first choice for gardening items and plants. I prefer the one on Peachtree Dunwoody for household plants, succulents, flowering pots, etc. To me, it’s laid out better and has a larger selection.

Today I went to buy some light bulbs and parts for a fan and I had the must delightful experience ever! An associate in electrical treated me like gold! His name is Michael and has been in Home Depot for 17 years. That is why Home Depot is and will be the best! Thank you so much! Sincerely, Angela Przybyl

I had a poor experience here today. The Alpharetta Home Depot had two data jacks on the shelf but I needed quantity 10 to obtain the Contractor price. Store associates verified that Holcomb Bridge HD had nine jacks on their shelf and directed me to go there, return my purchase, and purchase 10 jacks at the quantity 10 price. Sounds simple, right? Holcomb Bridge refused to honor this same HD price, even though I presented a photo of the shelf label, SKU, and offered price. When I asked for the store manager, Eddie Watner appeared, but he was useless and argumentative. Sadly, this is a sad example of another big box store with poor customer service and no ethics. I wasted all Sunday afternoon at two stores due to HD’s poor inventory control and unacceptable policies. I returned the two jacks and, as Clark Howard advises, will vote with my pocketbook by purchasing from Graybar or ADI instead. HD professes to cater to contractors, but I’d rather deal with a real product distributor that offers contractor prices and great product inventory.
