which is where they have put an unauthorized picture of the home they built for us in 2008. We did not give them permission and would like for them to remove it. It’s the Mountain Rd House; since we are not happy with the work they did, we do not want them using our home for advertising purposes.
They are dishonest and unprofessional.
They used unskilled subcontractors for the stone work which resulted in veneer falling off the house.
They installed several French doors improperly so that they leaked and then charged us for new doors.
They asked for more money for extras and upgrades even though there was not 1 change work order filled out or signed, and then when we refused, they threatened to put a lien on the property and take us to court.
Their record keeping is abysmal, oftentimes we were presented handwritten notes and figures in pencil! Terrible experience, stay away from them!
