Do not hire this contractor. He is on the verge of bankruptcy, taking money and not finishing jobs and not paying subcontractors for work they did months ago. Let me know if you want to know more.

Poor quality of work, poor coordination, major delays (contract signed in June 2015, only begin work in Sept and still have not completed the project), poor service, etc. John did not bother to do a walk through to make sure all the items are completed on time.
I have nothing good to say about this contractor. If you want more information, please drop me a line and I would be able to share my experiences with you.

I had suncrest remodel two bathrooms and they did a fantastic job. They have extremely competitive pricing and their workers are talented, punctual and considerate. The owner, John, stands by his work and workers and stays plugged into the job progress. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends/​family with remodeling needs.

Suncrest Builder is a renovation, improvement, and addition construction company. They do everything from complete renovation to a bathroom remodel. Suncrest Builders works throughout northern Virginia and DC area. They worked on our townhouse in Old Town Alexandria to remodel an upper room including moving and redesigning a bathroom. In addition they removed mold and added a wet bar in the lower level. We were very happy with their subs, project management, consistency, and follow up to complete all the work that we had agreed on. They even had a cleaner at the end of the project to remove all the dust. Owner, John Cantrell, is characterized by integrity and commitment to provide a quality outcome. I was very happy with the reliability, professionalism and experience of Suncrest Builders.
