Colortyme Rent To Own

Awful company with bad business practices and no ethics. Now you may wonder why on earth would I write about a business whose service I would never use — nor would my family.
This business apparently offer furniture and home furnishings on a rental basis and does not require credit checks. Somehow, one of their customers gave a false phone number OR Colortyme copied that customer’s phone number wrong. The end result is that that false number belongs to a close relative that HAS NEVER gone to this store, or any of its locations — in fact, they own ALL of their furniture and would NEVER have any need to go to Colortyme.
Despite this — Colortyme has harrassed my family member’s phone number and even when they called Colortyme to clarify that the company made an error, that the person they’re looking for is not at the number, nor do they know the person that Colortyme purports is their customer. Simply put, Colortyme should not be calling their line since they HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. Yet, Colortyme continues to call. Seriously, Colortyme, you need to clean your ears and get your writing more accurate — if you have people giving you false numbers which belong to other people, you are your own liability. Falsely accusing people for having furniture that just doesn’t exist — because they never went to your store or used your services to begin with — is grounds for lawsuits and harassment charges.

Colortyme is open 10−8pm Monday thru Friday, and 10−3pm on Saturday

Oh Colortyme, your awesomely-​bad commercial is so enticing, yet you are never EVER open. EVER! What gives?!
