I went tonight with my girlfriend to do some shopping and we found the item relatively quick. The problem was with the costumer service, or lack there of. Upon reaching the cash register, the cashier had a scowl on her face, overtly not in the mood for any kind of customer service of any kind. My girlfriend had some kohls cash but upon review, the kohls cash had expired. The cashier said in a condescending manner «no discount for you». She then drudged the kohls card discount opportunity in what can be described as the least amount of effort in the history of life itself. The ironic part is that she pointed out a survey were we could rate her and she told us to give her a 100. My girlfriend is one of the sweetest and kindest people and I was soooo irate that I told her I would give her a survey and give her a scathing review. She insisted that she would, not being without my two cents I present you this review.

–pretty clean except during the holidays, holy smokes they need to hire more staff, it looks like a tornado goes through the store.
–Huge parking

–hit and miss but most are polite
–not enough staff at times, especially during the weekends or holidays, good luck getting help.
–need to open up more registers
–pretty good store hours
–start turning off lights when they’re closing the store, please don’t do that it’s rude. I get it’s hard to get people out at times but seriously.

This store is disorganized, dressing rooms filthy and full of clothes, almost no employees on the floor to assist customers, ignorant and slow cashiers. Will never visit this location ever again.
