I come here to get my eyebrows done and Sarah always does a good job! Now she did my hair and I love it defiantly feels like home and welcome there. Everyone should come and check it out ! You won’t be disappointed. There friendly and they will do a great job!

Upsell started as soon as I walked in the door. I bit and took the 3 for $ 99. Hair cut, manicure and pedicure. She literally used an electric razor and shaved the back of my head! Cut the hair, blow dried and left a big bump on the left side of my head. I asked her about and she said it was just the way she blow dried it. She was going to let me walk out of the salon with that??? I have gotten better haircuts at Cost cutters for less money. Pedicure was ok. She stuck my feet in water and said she had another client. So the water turns cold and she still is not back. Meanwhile the other employees are giving each other pedicures. She comes back, finishes the pedicure and does a manicure. I wanted clear polish. I got one coat of clear polish and that was it. No base coat, no topcoat… just one coat. AND NO NAIL DRIERS! The nail polish peeled off my nails in the shower the following day! I would not recommend this salon or ever go back there again. With that lousy service why would I buy their product!

I love this place, I always do Mani, pedis and my hair cut and colored here. The lady I request for all of the above work is Cassie S, she is the best. I always get comments for random strangers about me hair and nails:-)

Very nice salon and professional staff. I do however have two complaints. First complaint is having two people working on my hair, I made an appointment with a specific hairdresser for a reason (because of reviews) so i kind of expected her to start and finish my hair. The hairdresser I requested did a good job cutting and coloring my hair but then I was turned over to her assistant who; washed, conditioned and styled my hair. Both were super friendly and attentive but I would have rather just dealt with one person for the price that I was paying. Maybe I’m just used to a smaller salon or maybe the hairdresser is just really busy, but it turned me off. The second complaint, they try to push product too much, maybe it’s because I was too polite to say I wasn’t interested?

The front, where one waited was really overcrowded with product. A little bight for the nose. I went in to have my underarms, eyebrows, and legs waxed. I know there’s a name for people who do that. I can’t, at the moment, remember what it is. My whatever the word is was Amareli. She takes me to a room and says, «Why don’t you undress and put the towel and I’ll be right back.» But there wasn’t any place to put your clothes. There was no table or chair. I just had to put my clothes on the floor. I don’t wear anything nice, so not such a problem for me. But the towel I was supposed to put on was not large. It was not bath towel size. It was closer to dish towel size. No, seriously, it was just a little smaller than your smallish bath towel. Amareli got a sheet. She made friendly, happy chit-​chat, which I think must be a hard part of the job. And then she was done and left the room for me to change. As I’m getting dressed, I notice more than a few stray hairs on my underarms. This made me unhappy, so very small tip and I left.
You have to leave a small tip, otherwise they might think you just forgot. You have to make it clear, «No, no… I know you get a tip. I understand the custom and I have the money. But this is how much I think you were worth.»
I got home and went to shower and shave my underarms, I guess. I undressed and there was all this blue crap all over my legs. It turns out Amareli had left oodles of bits of wax all over my legs, which rubbed up against my jeans, turning it blue. (Oil (baby, almond, olive) gets the wax off)
So… day and half later… I have stubble! She didn’t pull the hair out. She broke the hair off.
But good chatter. Friendly staff. And they had Moroccain Oil, which I like. But I wouldn’t go there again and I don’t suggest you do either.

I’ve been a guest at Legacy Salon Spa for approximately 4 years now. I LOVE the services I receive and the atmosphere of the salon. All of the stylists are totally professional, continuing their educations and getting more certifications in hair coloring, manicures, pedicures, hair styling. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the hours are excellent and convenient.
