I go here at least once a week and I’ve never had any complaints. I agree that the man who works here sometimes has a hard time listening, but when he got my order wrong once he gave me a free cookie. Seems fair enough. The woman who works here is there 99% of the time I go there for lunch. She is always super sweet. While, the food is basically the exact same as any other Subway, that woman is just so nice.

We came here for lunch today, and while Subways are more or less the same around the country, this one seemed a bit sloppy. For starters, the gentleman preparing my sandwich wasn’t a good listener, and asked me about my bread and cheese twice. No biggie, though, but interesting that Mike B. had a similar experience. Also similar: when I asked for a «little balsamic,» the gentleman stared blankly at me. I clarified: «balsamic vinaigrette,» — again blank stare. To which I pointed to the highlighted large sign on the glass above the sauces. He splattered huge globs — too much for my taste. Just as Mike B. described. Also, after my sandwich had both regular and spicy mustard, the gentleman tried to use the same mustard covered knife for my colleague’s sandwich — even though I don’t think he ordered *any* mustard on his sandwich. Gross. And unnecessary. Lastly, the lettuce looked a bit wilted /brown, and the whole wheat bread was a bit stale. And finally, why were all the fans on overhead(freezing!) when temperatures just rose above sub-zero /zero today to a high of 18 degrees?
