There is only 1 Sprint guy (subcontractor, I learned — not Sprint employee) in Radio Shack. Poor guy could not help us with our problem… he said he «didn’t know what to do — except refer us to the Sprint Customer Care #.» Been there, done that — multiple times. Dealing with Sprint customer care is a total nightmare.
