A A Nails

Nancy did a very bad job. Nails are to wide and thick. The tips that I asked to be painted a french pink sparkle were started so far back into the nail bed area that they did not look anything like a french manicure. Horrible job.

When i arrived, the place was rather quiet and empty save for two nail techs. I needed a refill on my nails, which were getting a little too long for comfort. My boyfriend decided to get a mani just for fun, which looked good! My nails were another story.
I made my mistakes, i asked for a french tip without quite knowing what that involved – i should have just asked for a plain coat of color. The black polish i had previously wasn’t completely removed, and is clearly visible underneath the acrylic and clear coat. The shape of the nails is fine, however. I tried mentioning that the old polish was still visible, but was met with a rather indifferent response.
I ruined my tips in an effort to leave hastily due to plans, but that’s my bad. I’ll remove the polish and put my own color on, despite wanting to wear french tips.

The women that work in this salon are crazy, and so rude! I work in a nearby business and they came in, ordered with no problems or confusion until a new person is near the register area. Then they approach her and begin to (falsely) accuse me of not giving them all of their items. As we try to resolve the problem, they’re realizing they won’t be cheating us into giving them free food and begin yelling and pointing at us. This went on for a good 5 minutes. One of my coworkers could understand them and they were actually talking about cheating us!
Also, before I knew how rude they are, I went for a pedicure and got an infection in my big toe that ended in TWO rounds of antibiotics. I would avoid this establishment.

So, I went for a pink and white, solar nail fill. The gentleman who did the fill was kinda nice but too fast and rough. These nails started to lift and catch on clothes one day later. I went right back the next day and the lady there asana get said I could come back the next day and she would «fix your nail… We’ll take care of you». After returning for a third time for my fix — they began to offer me the world for my mani and now offered me a pedi. Oh they offered French for toes and nail art for both my mani and pedi. I asked if it would all still be complimentary, and she said «we take care of you, yes». As I was getting ready to leave she said, «okay, $ 59 dollar». I was beyond shocked. I argued for a while but gave in and paid for the pedi since she said I misunderstood, and that the mani was comped only… But not the nail art in the mani. Needless to say my husband took me back up there and demanded they refund my card the amount paid. They refused so we called and put a stop payment on the charges. Ugg. Never ever again!

This review is not based on the quality of work. I went on a Saturday around 7. My partner was getting a massage in the same parking lot, I decided to get a pedicure. There was only one other client in there and two employees. I was sitting in the massage chair waiting for them as they instructed me to do. 20 mins passed and they turned water on for my feet. Finally, I thought… But another 20 mins and nothing. I waited a very long time while they both worked on one client. One employee doing mani and the other a pedi… If another client walks in, I would have gotten to a stopping point and let just one person finish. But what really bothered me is that when I got up to leave, I very nicely told them I couldn’t wait any longer, one said that they were almost done just a few more minutes. But I let them know that I just couldn’t wait and just looked down and kept filing the clients nails. Not an I’m sorry or anything.

This is a great salon! Fast, well ventilated and very nice people. Definitely my new salon. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s interested in a new/​reasonable nail salon.

They do a wonderful job! Ask for Ammy for pedicure and Nancy for nails! I feel pampered every time!
