I have been renting costumes from A Cut Above for many years now. We always get more than what we need. Everything is accessorized beautifully. When we have had to change pieces out due to students growing, Ramona is very accommodating. Often she will have a few options ready so we have choices. The prices here are excellent. I highly recommend this business.

I was looking for quality custom costumes and masks for a work function and found this place online. I checked the hours and drove nearly an hour to check it out. As soon as I walk in a woman sharply says, «I’m by appointment only» without anything as simple as a greeting. I stated that I didn’t see anything about appointments online, and all she replied was, «It’s written on the door. You can leave and call for an appointment.»
I told her I’m from out of town, and she just laughed.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. It’s a shame too, she lost out on several hundred dollars worth of business.
