Bill was able to provide me with an emailed suggestion for a self-fix to a TV problem I was having which fixed it completely. Beyond impressed that someone would take the time to provide some free diagnostics and suggestions when he could have easily booked an in-home visit. I will definitely use Advanced Electronics in the future and you should too.

I am mixed about writing this review. I reached out to them to do an in home service call. The cost was about about $ 40 and really you can’t beat that. Bill was AWESOME, he showed up looked at my tv. He was not only knowledgable but didn’t pressure me. He told me not to get my hopes up. Spoke on many occasions about the repair. In the end he was supposed to return my tv and I was considering buying one of his sets. However, he never called back to schedule that drop off and I waited a solid 2 weeks. I called left a msg. Tried again the following day and his receptionist was RUDE, NOTHELPFUL and hung up on me. I suggested picking up the set myself because of scheduling difficulties on their end. She scoffed ranted and hung up on me. Like I said BILL was GREAT, very knowledgeable, honest, and didn’t pressure me to buy from him, even after I asked about any sales he had. The only complaint I have is timely manner. I had already told Bill I would pick up my set and he said it was part of the service call. Hence the wait. As a customer I expect quality service including CUSTOMERSERVICE and that is not what I received today.

Honest company! Called to get a quote(ready to spend money) to fix the sound on our older plasma TV(picture is still great) Bill called back and recommended us to purchase a sound bar in lieu of them coming out. Glad to see companies still operating with integrity. When, not if, our next TV needs some TLC we will be contacting advanced electronics.

Awesome service. Honest and friendly. You don’t find many techs that can still troubleshoot down to the component level. Bill can! Highly recommend!
