The staff at Austin Cremations were nothing but kind and caring to our family in our time of need.
We understand it’s a very emotional and stressful time but everyone at Austin Cremations treated us with the utmost respect and gave us all the options and advice we needed to make our own decisions. We felt comfortable and were able to customize everything to exactly the way we wanted.

At our first meeting, the «salesman» was very sympathetic and understanding. He made all arrangements and we bought an urn and three pieces of cremation jewelry. The gentleman also told us that if we bring my fathers DD214 (from the military) that he would get my Mom a US Flag.
That night we went on the internet and found the urn and the jewelry for a FRACTION of his cost (oh, and he told us that there was no mark-​up on the products).
The next morning, I called and cancelled the order for the urn and the jewelry. He then showed his True colors!
A couple of days later, I called to let him know that we had found my father’s DD214. He told me that he didn’t have any flags and that I should go to the Post Office and they HAD to give me one!?!
Two weeks later and now I have to WAIT until he can FIT me into his schedule to pick up the Death Certificates!!!
Bottom Line: If you need cremation service’s, they do offer a fair price, just DO NOT buy ANYTHING from these truly heartless people… go online and find beautiful Urns and Jewelry at FAIR prices!!!
I am giving an honest experience here… more than a little coincidental that all the 5 star ratings showed up on the same date 3−20−11…proceed with caution!!!
