Personally, we have never needed a courier for our type of business. We called this service that had one review, but was in our area North of Austin. Chris answered the phone immediately and was very friendly and helpful about the process, since this was our first time. It was a higher cost than FedEx overnight, but thought it was reasonably priced. Especially, since he said he would get our letter delivered today. He said, someone would be out to pick up our letter in 45 minutes to an hour. Now that is service! The gentleman picking up the letter was also very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend Austin Professional Couriers and will use them again, if needed in the future.

Our company has used APC for many years now. They are friendly, fairly priced, very prompt when answering phone calls and recognize you by name.
A few times addresses have been mixed up or incorrect (on my part) and they are more than happy to help sort it out with me.
We don’t usually have items that need to be rushed to or from our offices, but if you have an order that is very time sensitive, just let them know and they can usually pull it off!
I recommend these guys if you are looking for a courier service!
