This location is perfectly stationed at the far left side of the outlets right near the parking lot. Clean and fairly well kept store with ample employees. Dressing rooms could do with a facelift but they do the job well enough. I have found many a fabulous deal at this BR! Every time I come in the store, almost everything is on sale. typically at least 50% off most items. Yay. Tip: always check your receipt, almost every single time I have the option to go online to do a survey. It takes 8−10mins to do and you get 15% off your next purchase. Helpful when I rack up a fat bill at the register!

I am currently duchess of this store and for good reason. As Andrew H. says, this is BR Factory Store, which means the clothes were never at the BR retail stores in the mall; they are their own line and have their own set of quality control and acceptance standards, which is slightly less rigorous than the standards at BR Retail. However, BR Factory line is on par with the quality and style that The Limited used to have, like four years ago, before they started stocking so much synthetic and changed their sizing from department store-esque to more mainstream sizing. From highest to lowest quality of clothing goes something like 1. Nordstrom’s /BR Retail 2. BR Factory /The Limited(four years ago) 3. Old Navy /The Limited(present) /JCP Quality is an interesting metric for clothes, as is price, and value. For me, BR Factory is a good value since their prices are generally on par with what I think clothes should cost based on design, cut, quality of fabric, longevity, ease of care, and style. Nordis and BR Retail are targeting an older, more«sophisticated» client; BR Factory is targeting someone who likes quality and basics with interesting /funky accent pieces and flair. And I know, I don’t need to spend $ 400 on a coat that is dry clean only, when I can get one at BR Factory for less than half that, that is just as pretty and can be thrown in the washing machine without saying a little prayer that it won’t get ruined. Also, I find the BR Factory line to fits me better(medium height, fit, and curvy) than the BR retail which seems designed for very tall, boyish women. Favorite pieces: * Button-down shirts that fit well with no gaping buttons. They were on sale, less than $ 30 each but they would be worth whatever they are at full price. 100% cotton, don’t really need to be ironed if you catch them out of the dryer, and have very nice details(colored buttons, darts, shaping at the waist and bust) and very saturated colors(navy blue and raspberry) and basic colors(black and white). * Pants: fit really well and I did not have to re-hem or tailor them. 100% cotton, but look like a silk and wool blend. They have different fits for different body types so you can get a more tailored look off the rack(just like at BR retail store). * Dresses: I bought three dresses, all on sale, and they all fit like they were made for me, except the hemlines are all slightly too short to wear at the office without tights. * Skirts: Various colors and styles, all washable, and 100% cotton(one had a poly-lining which is acceptable in this case). They are also about 1 – 1.5 inches too short for work but just about the right length for going to happy hour. This is strange because I am not that tall(5’6″), but maybe they are designing clothes for women who are 5’4″. There is enough seam allowance to drop the hem on almost all of the pieces so it is fine. * Lounge Pants and Cotton T-Shirt: Both were on sale for less than $ 12 each, both 100% cotton, with really pretty prints and colors. Now I’m lounging in style! While most of the items are well worth the price, but be mindful of a couple things are not. All the cardigans I saw that day were priced too high for the style and quality(very thin, with ugly button, and crew necklines). Target and Nordstrom’s were both having sales that weekend; I got four cardigans with nice buttons, necklines, and thicker material for the same price as I would have paid for two cardigans at BRFS. As Andrew says, the return policy is great(90 days maybe?) and they don’t hassle you. The men’s section is very nice(love the boxer briefs with cool stripes and color-blocking). I got an extra discount(10 or 20% off) for applying for the BR Visa card and got a $ 30 voucher for my next visit. Highly recommend.

Not the same quality as the regular store, but close enough. Pricing is great, especially if you catch one of the store-wide sales and can stack a coupon. Usually have a pretty standard offering, but will get some nicer one-time items periodically. Fitting rooms get pretty crowded, so I usually skip that and return anything that doesn’t work. They have a very good return policy, I’ve never had any problems.
