My car was done close to closing time and they were willing to stay after to wait for me to pick up «my baby».
When they advertise that your car will be in «pre accident condition», they mean it.

Everything looked great until I ran my car through the car wash six weeks later and the paintwork started chipping off. .. over two dozen spots. Sadly disappointed.

As far as their professional social skill, they get a B but other than that, I would rate their workmanship as a F! They didn’t do a good job at ALL. Parts are still missing from my car, used parts were used instead of new. Totally disappointing, I was going to recommend them, not anymore!

I just got my 2014 Honda Accord back from these guys. They did an excellent job and finished the work five days ahead of schedule. Neal was my service advisor, and he touched base with me almost every other day to let me know how the repairs were going. My car is as good as new. I would recommend these guys to any of my friends. Thanks Caliber for a job well done!

They are a preferred repair shop with Farmers Ins. My car was rear-​ended. I had full coverage. They said they «twisted» the body frame back into place. It broke all the seals on the windshields. They refused to fix unless I paid several thousand dollars because they said that wasn’t part of the accident. They also left holes in the tail lights and water from rain collected in my car and trunk. Also did me the same way as another reviewer about promising a ride and then left me in the lurch. Car also was there three times as long as they promised. Do not let these guys get their hands on your vehicle, you’ll regret it if you do.

They were recommended to us for damage sustained to our car during a storm last year through our insurance company, GEICO. We learned our lesson.
The communication was AWFUL. No one ever called to update us; we had to call each and every time, even after we were promised someone would call when we complained.
In the middle of the work, the guy responsible for doing the repairs suddenly «went out of town» and someone else had to come in from another location. They told us it would take 5 – 7 days; it ended up taking 2 weeks.
The repairs looked great once we finally got the car back, but it was such a hassle dealing with them. Won’t be using them again.

In as much as our insurance would not cover the accidental damage to our car, Caliber Collision was kind enough to agree to cover only the essential repairs. It was done on time and at estimated price. Matching of paint was exceptional. Claudia Morales greets customers with a smile and Matthew Reiland is a true professional.

After a small accident due to a minor bump into my car, I selected Caliber on Commerce in Round Rock because Libery Mutual called them ‘one of their guaranteed shops’ It took five attempts to get my 2012 Buick Verano repair back from Caliber. Each of the four failed deliveries resulted in my identification of an easy-​to-​see flaw that hey acnowledged. They are a large company, but this issues was only escallated to a regional manager after three failures, and even that just yielded a phone call and further incompetant repairs.
To rehash this customers story. I made an appointment with Caliber in order to make it as simple as possible in using a Liberty Mutual shop. When I arrived, there was no estimate from Liberty Mutual there and I had to email it to Caliber from my phone in the lobby. After the repair was initially completed, I came in to pickup my car to find that a deep 1 – 2 inch scratch had been added to my car during repair (unnoticed by Caliber staff). After calling the other location that actually did the work in South Austin, it was agreed that it was the responsibility of Caliber and be repaired. On my second attempt to pick-​up my car, the bumper was not properly installed and a noticeable offset existed where the bumper and rear quarter-​panel come together. This was also acknowledged as a defect to be repaired, so I left again with the rental car. Upon investigation, it was determined that the previous repair «was not holding up as we had hoped» and a new bumper was to be ordered/​installed — taking a few more days. On my third attempt to pick-​up the car, it was immediately obvious that the edges of the bumper were not smooth prior to painting and it was also acknowledged as something that required further effort. By this point, the shop manager ‘Chad’ became involved and agreed to repair it again. In order to minimize my inconvenience, their team picked up and dropped off my car from my office about 10 minutes from the shop. When the car was returned, there were immediately obvious defects in the workmanship of the repair. The bumper installation was again not flush with the quarter-​panel and one of the reverse sensors was hastily installed and not sealed. I indicated the defect to the man dropping off the car, and he told me that I would get a call on the issue. The call never came.
Each of the first four attempts by Caliber to finalize the repair ended in disappointment. The staff and people that I have dealt with (including ‘Chad’) were always professional and seem to want to do the right thing, but the quality of the repair was been poor each of the first four occasions that my car was declared ‘complete’. Having a rental car for a prolonged period of time presents logistical difficulties for my family as we have three drivers and two cars. The Enterprise rental provided cannot be driven by my daughter because she is 16 and that is their rule. Each of the four ‘done’ indicators has led to plans being made that later had to be changed because of the poor quality of the repairs provided. After the fourth failed delivery showing the lack of fit on the bumper and the poorly installed reverse sensor, I resorted to sending photos back to them. I am not a car repair expert, but each of these four attempted deliveries of my car had defects that I saw within seconds of looking at the repair. I really do not understand whey such simple quality checks cannot be performed before I am called to pick-​up the car.
I tried to contact the corporate customer service staff for the company and got a call from ‘Josh’ at corporate indicating that they would send me a Visa gift card to cover my toll road expenses — that also never happened. I will never use Caliber again for a repair of any kind. While they ultimately got it done, a 30-​hour estimate took five delivery attempts and almost a month to get completed. I cannot express how maddening these people are to work with!!!

Caliber Collision in Round Rock is the best. Our family has been using their services for 20 years and they just keep getting better with respect to customer service.
Matthew Reiland took care my daughters car last time someone hit her front bumper. When we picked up the car the interior was detailed beyond our expectations. Great service.
Someone hit her rear bumper Tuesday so I am back to visit Matt. He was on time and professional yet again. Great service.

I’m really torn between 2 and 3 stars for this review because everyone was friendly, but there was a serious issue with the quality of work.
We had a no fault collision, and my car, while sitting at a stoplight, was basically hit in the back and shoved into another vehicle that was in front of me.
Enter Caliber. A preferred place for repairs through the insurance company. The appointment was easily made for a few days later. Enterprise rent a car is located inside of Caliber, so that was convenient as well.
We were promised our vehicle in 3 days, and that turned into a week, which turned into 9 days. At 9 days we went in to pick up the car to see that the work was not completed nicely. The replacement hood was warped and there was a gap big enough to fit my hand in beside the headlight. There was also a dent from manipulation. We refused the vehicle and told them it needed to be right. It didn’t look like that before the accident and I wanted the lines to match up. No gaps or dents!
A day later they call us back and it does look better, but there is still a slight warp on one side of the hood and it’s higher than the fender. There is also another small palm dent in the fender. At least the gap was gone. We agree to take the car, along with a check to compensate for the remaining flaws that they didn’t want to attempt to fix.
11 days later. I finally have my car. BUT. they didn’t bother to replace the license plate bracket and they simply tossed my front plate on the front dash. I had to call them, then prove to them that my bracket was a two-​piece and that it was there when I brought the car in! Then I was told it would be there by Monday. I go in, it’s not there. I’m told to come back. A week later, I finally have my plate mounted on my car again.
What a mess! Caliber remained friendly the entire time, but there was some serious flaws in the way my car was repaired and delivered. If I ever need more body work done, I’ll just get my estimate and go to my own body shop.

Took my 2014 Silverado Truck in for a repair to my truck. In every interaction I had with the any member of their staff, they were friendly and professional. I cant recall the person who handled my claim but he explained everything they were going to do, set a time line and then updated me on two occasions.
When I went to pick up truck, which was completed on time, the work they done was excellent. I was very pleased.
In comparison to the other estimates I received, they were competively priced.

They ooze customer service, when it’s convenient for them. After all the «just call we’ll give you a ride!»… Coming from work to pick up my other repaired car I called and said I’d need a ride so I can shuttle to get both cars home. When I showed up. «oh, uh it’s Friday so we don’t have anyone to take you.» It’s not that I did not get a ride so much as they said they would provide one, and then did not.
Here is REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, by contrast… Enterprise auto rental once drove over 60 miles to pick me up, and when I returned the car drove me that over-​60 miles back. THAT is customer service.

I just wanted to say that the guys at Caliber Collision did an excellent job repairing my 2005 Dodge Ram.
They really do stand behind their work and Chad at Caliber Collision does care about the quality of work that comes out of that shop. They also have a lifetime warranty on the work that they perform, so you can feel good about trusting Caliber Collision for your repairs.
I would bring my vehicle to them again, should I ever have the misfortune of needing to.

I was the victim of a hit and run in a Walmart parking lot in August and needless to say, I was upset. My beautiful, wonderful 2008 Chevrolet Equinox that I had searched endlessly for just 8 months before had some nasty bumper damage, along with damage on the trunk.
Not only is this car my first big-​ticket purchase, but just a few months ago my boyfriend and I had shared our first kiss in front of the trunk of my car, right after he wrote our initials in the dust of the back window, which I had left as a small token of our time together after he departed for his home in Missouri for the summer. I was upset to think that after all of the anticipation of that first kiss, that the only thing that needed to be replaced on my car would of course be the trunk.
However, Matt at Caliber Collision came with high praises from my MetLife insurance agent, Debbie Campbell (who is the most comforting agent ever and sat with me on the phone while I cried over the possibility of a $ 1,000 deductible). After learning I could get my car fixed under the uninsured motorist coverage (with a MUCH smaller deductible), I took my car in to get an estimate. Matt wasn’t there that day, but the manager, Chad, took great care of me and explained the process to me. Within a few days, I had a scheduled appointment at Caliber to get my car fixed!
Matt told me it would take ~10 days to get my car fixed, which was depressing, seeing as I didn’t have a rental car and was bumming rides off of my parents (which meant sleeping on their not-​so-​comfy couch!), until I could get my car back. I was surprised when Matt would call me every business day and give me an update on my car, and was also super friendly and made me feel like a friend, not a customer. My beautiful car was fixed flawlessly, and I got it back an entire WEEK before the targeted return date!
Extra bonus, they kept the back window, so the memories of a great first kiss remain intact!
Seriously, y’all. Don’t get your car fixed anywhere else!

My 2010 Kia Soul was badly damaged in the accident, and based on word of mouth from family members who have used this place, I decided to take it in here. And I was not disappointed.
These guys did a fantastic job. The guy who helped me through the whole process, Brandon, was great. After explaining what was damage (frame damage, yikes!), he told me what they were going to do to repair it. It took a bit long to get it fixed (about 6 weeks), but as he explained they were basically waiting one one part, the frame piece that was damaged, to be delivered.
One day I decided to go over there and see how my car was coming along, and Brandon took me back and not only showed me exactly where the frame damage was (the engine was already removed — pretty weird to see a car with no engine!), but also showed me the machines they were going to use to pull the car apart so they could repair the frame. He updated me at least once a week with how the car was coming along, and after picking it up, I was very pleased. The car looks great and drives like it wasn’t even in an accident.
I definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a quality collision/​auto repair shop.

I took my 2011 VW Tiguan in for repairs after my vehicle was viciously attacked by a rogue fire hydrant. I wish I could remember the name of the man I worked with, he was professional, incredibly nice to me, and an absolute breeze to work with. All I had to do was call my insurance and tell them the quote I got. Then I made an appointment with Caliber and dropped my baby off.
I was told it would probably take 9 days to fix the car, and I had back within 5. I got a phone call every day around the same time to let me know exactly what they had done that day, what they were going to do the next day, and how much longer they thought it would take for my vehicle to be finished. I was never left in the dark.
When I picked up my vehicle, he was all shiny and new looking! Not only had they painted and cleaned him up like new on the outside, they even detailed the inside. My car smells amazing now, and looks brand new!
I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Caliber. I am a little surprised at how other people’s experiences have gone. They really had it together for me and that took a lot of stress off my shoulders.

Well, the Old Batmobile was injured and had to go to the fixit place. A minor hit in the rear dented and scared the driver’s side rear bumper. I took it to Caliber Collision Center for repair. (See pictures)
The inspection went well and the service was great, the estimate was fine and they repaired the car and returned it on schedule. After reviewing the fix it looked great. I drove away happy.
Would I return? Hopefully not but in cases of another Batmobile injury I would take it back.

I took my car there upon GEICO’s recommendation. Unfortunately, Caliber can only do repairs quickly and with little quality. I was told my car would be ready on Friday. When contacted by Caliber, i could not make it by until Saturday. When I picked it up, the body panels did not fit properly, the paint match was horrendous and the car was dirty inside. The rep at Caliber shrugged his shoulder’s and told me to bring it back, which i did.
When i met with the service advisor and shop manager, they pointed the finger at GEICO claiming GEICO authorized inferior non-​OEM parts. You should not be able to slid your fingers between the body panels. Caliber and GEICO did agree to change out the bumper to get a better fit.
Fast forward to a week later. The smell inside still existed and the paint match was still horrendous. Caliber blamed the paint match issue on static electricity and stated there is nothing they could do. Since my rear bumper matched perfectly, I labeled their explanation as BS and left. I will never return.

My car got hit by a Geico subscriber, and they recommended this place, so I went for it. They had to do a lot of body work. I took it in on a Friday, and they said they’d have it done on Tuesday. They called me at 4:58 on Tuesday to say it was ready, but that I couldn’t pick it up until the next day since they were closing. One more day doesn’t bother me that much, given some of the experiences I’ve had elsewhere. I had a rental car, and I’m not «the car I drive says something about me as a person» type, so I was fine to keep driving the rental, so whatever. I can get to work.
Once I get there, the work on my car was really well done. I recommend them for body work, for sure. What kind of irked me was that the car was messy inside. There was a weird random smear on the inside of my windshield. I keep a blanket and emergency kit in my trunk and both were strewn across the backseat and not put back when they were done. My car should be given back to me clean, with my trunk stuff back in my trunk. That is what separates average from good work. They do guarantee their work though, so I liked that had I seen a problem the next week, I still could have gone back– I didn’t need to, though. The work is solid.
