OCHIROPRACTIC CARE: 5 stars. I found having to prepay inconvenient. They do take Medicare … But NOT my copayment insurance so had to come up with the copayments or not be treated. (Set up with THREE post dated checks even though I was paying with a credit card!)

15 treatments and «stabilized» enough for just the chiropractic care.
AFTER USING MY «prepayment «money NOW an additional $ 500. Is due to get 50 chiropractic adjustments… To be used as needed. (I have not been back since)
MEANWHILE … KNEE INJECTIONS.
(Which is the main reason I went to him in the first place. I was not aware that these treatments were also offered at an orthopedic doctors office) I got them from a NP at this office who is a very professional lady. My medicare and CHAMP VA insurance Did pay 100% for these. TEMPORARILY Helped … Given in a series of 5 shots (Rooster comb). Was upset when second knee — that was NOT bothering me at all was scheduled to be injected. (to prevent further damage to it ! YES I let them do it … As he told me «your insurance is going to pay for it so why not». OH YA I was sold 2 braces … Even though, like I mentioned I was not having trouble with the second knee. I never wore it … Was told this is part of the «treatment «. Asked Dr C what was the brace for on that second knee? Stabilizing the knee. OK BUT there is nothing wrong with the second knee. (still unworn in the bag)
SHOULDER: Several injections with last one a nerve block shot. Several «chiropractic» adjustments along the way … NO RELIEF. Comment by Dr C. … Well you came to me for your knee. I did fix that.
OK NO RELIEF! MAJOR PAIN … NP Referred me for a MRI … Wasted time n money on the injections and chiropractic care on the shoulder as had two good size tears in the rotator cuff. END OF THE CHIROPRACTIC CARE …
OFF TO DR ERIC BRUCE in Round Rock who came highly recommend. Surgery … And in rehabilitation now. This surgery is painful BUT it is repaired …
KNEE PROBLEM AGAIN: Dr Bruce does these same treatments BUT with more high tec scanner.
SUMMARY: 1 – 10 a 10 on chiropractic care. Gentle as he is the first chiropractor who NEVER hurt he.
OTHER CARE: –10. Go to a specialist who can get the tests and you will not waste time and money. A orthopedic doctor is FAR MORE qualified to treat your bones and muscles. They go to much more schooling and therefore have expertise a NP does not have.
NP are good … My primary care doctor is one … But for specialized problems go to the specialists.
These opinions are mine. They are true and to the fact. MAKE YOUR OWN mind up. I will continue my care with Dr Bruce. I am going to have the knee redone as soon as I can. Understand can have it done every six months. Hopefully will last longer next time.

Get ya into the door … Offer knee injections … All GOOD. BUT
they do not tell you that if you were using an orthopedic dr office n physical therapy office YOU WOULD NOT HAVE MANY OF THE COPAYMENT fees you do here.
1. Braces … Covered 100% and billed direct by the brace distributor. Here at Dr C a copayment.
2. Spinal decompression machine. … Charged here. Again covered.
3. Chiropractic care is good. He did only charge me the $ 7.50 copayment Medicare allows him to charge. IF you do have Champ VA … The chiropractic care copayment IS NOT COVERED so you will have out of pocket expenses.
BOTTOMLINE… BEFORE you get the injections done at Dr C office talk to an orthopedic doctor. You WILL SAVE yourself outpatient expenses.
This is my HONEST and TRUE experiences with Dr C and Superior rehab office.

If you are offered or seek injection therapy for neuropathy, don’t go near this place. These people will do you harm.
