E-Construction

I had a contract in place to work with both E-​Construction and E-​Comfort Solutions (their HVAC arm). I was buying a fixer upper and Tambra and Kenny offered an affordable one-​stop solution and promised to work with my lender to get the required docs, etc. (as my loan required this).
It turned out to be an absolute nightmare. Their failure to provide a detailed quote for my lender almost cost me my house. In the end, they lied multiple times (said their computer wasn’t working, that they’d lost their phone, stopped answering my calls, and only picked up the phone when my lender called [her number was unknown to them so they answered]). They had 3 full days to deliver an itemized bid, per the lender’s requirements, and they said that I would have it at the end of the first day — needless to say they NEVER delivered. It turned into an absolute nightmare.
I would STRONGLY discourage anyone from doing business with them. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Needed my master bathroom remodeled and new AC. They were affordable and professional. The bathroom is my favorite room in the house!
